UPDATE: I returned these and ordered the exact same item - but ones that are sold by and ship from Amazon. They were very slightly more money, but worth it. They are perfect! They come in the manufacturer's box in two stacks of 50. They ARE GREASEPROOF! (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00RXF6P9U/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&th=1) ORIGINAL POST: I have ordered these corrugated, greaseproof cake board circles from Southern Champion quite a few times, and I always have been very happy with them. These are NOT the cake boards I have received in the past. They usually have a nice coating on the top that allows me to put cakes on them without them becoming greasy or soggy. They also usually come in a nice box in which two stacks of 50 circles fit perfectly However, I just received my most recent order, and I am very disappointed. The circles do not have the greaseproof coating and so are of little use to me. In addition, they come in one big stack, wrapped loosely in plastic, thrown in a bigger Amazon box that is then filled with air pouches to keep them from rolling around. There is no way to store them at home, and they can get damaged in transit. Please be aware what you are buying, as these may work for some people. I will be returning them and looking for a new supplier. This is too bad; I've had nothing but great product from Southern Champion for years.

Not the same

I have ordered these in the past and was Satisfied with them but this time they were not grease proof. They left a grease ring around the edge of the cakes. Very disappointed in them.

Ordene estas bases con un poco de dudas por todas la reviews que lei, asi que compre las de 8" para probar... y me encantaron, son a prueba de grasa y muy fuertes, yo hago pasteles de tres leches que por lo general son muy pesados y les sale un poco de leches algunas veces, pero estas bases trabajan a la perfeccion… ya ordene de 10"y de 12" y son de la misma calidad. Gracias (no dude del producto, la gente aquí a veces es exagerada ????)

Flimsy cake board - stay away from this product!

What a shock! I had ordered Southern Champion Tray's Item 11203 -- the 6" white circle grease proof corrugated white cake circles -- before, and they were great! Thick, sturdy, and not flimsy at all. I used them with ease. I ordered the same product this week, and what arrived was a shadow of the older version. The cake boards are thin, rippled, and so weak that my little 6" cakes are not sitting straight on the table. Some edges are up, some are down. I have tried to reshape them, but that is not working. This is a huge disappointment! Bottom line: Quality is poor. If you want sturdy, good quality cake boards, stay away from this product!

I was skeptical because of the low price for so many pieces, but these are an incredible value. I own a bakery and these are our new go-to cake pads. Buy them!!! But not all of them.... I need some too lol
