Works, but low quality

This thermocouple probe seems to work ok in my application, but I had to isolate it from the metal chassis of my oven in order to get a decent reading. Even still, the probe is nowhere near as good as those from more reputable sources (Omega, Cole-Parmer, etc). The insulation colors are not the standard for type K thermocouples (yellow + and red -), but trial and error revealed the correct configuration (blue + and red -). In the future, I would order a more expensive but higher quality probe from Omega or similar suppliers.

Mounted into the main cook chamber of my keg-a-Que (smoker/BBQ combo made from commercial beer kegs). Gives good readings via the thermometer module I have it connected to (battery powered).

Good quality

Used in a powder coating oven with a temp controller and works great and is very accurate. Have had it in use now for over a year with moderate use and has yet to have a problem

Nice probe, double check your probe specs.

Nice probe, but did not work with my InkBird control unit, which is my fault. Double check your temperature probe requirements.

Worked great with a MAX31855 in an Arduino project

Worked great with a MAX31855 in an Arduino project. Unfortunately, I could not use this probe for my project as this probe is "grounded", giving erratic temperature readings when the probe touched metal. This is not the fault of the product, but my own for not realizing what type of probe I needed. This product seems to be high quality and would last a long time.

I ended up changes the connections to have probes connect ...

I ended up changes the connections to have probes connect to my multimeter. They ohm out at 9 ohms which my fluke stock test probe ohms at 3 ohms. Gets to the same temp as stock only slower.
