As good as described.

From the first wear, there was a huge difference. I bought them mainly to give me more arch support. Wow! Immediate impact to have virtually no bursitis pain along my hip while walking the treadmill. Definitely ordering for other shoes. Make sure you know your arch--normal, medium, high--so you buy the right pair.

Too much arch support

I was looking for something that just added a little padding. This was too firm in the arch for me and I returned it.

Surprised by the quality

I started a walking program recently, and began having discomfort in the metatarsal area of my foot. I tried many different inserts and pads, then decided to give these a try even though they cost more. I am amazed by how much they have helped! I bought two more pairs to have on hand for other shoes, or when the first pair wears out. This is a great product.

Gel Sofsale Shoe

Gel Sofe insoles were just a little big & we had to do a check up on them. These were not as comfortable as the air soles.

Best Insoles i've used

I have FINALLY found an insole that doesn't make my feet hurt!! i was buying expensive insoles from this shoe store that i buy my athletic shoes at: and never thought the insoles they sold me were the problem. i started thinking and doing some research. my old insoles had a high arch which was making the tops of my feet sore ( it was over arching my feet) well l looked at insoles without the high arch and i liked the way sof sole was designed. bought 1 pair- wore in walking shoes for 2 mile walk= feet felt good, wore to work, felt good. these are Great insoles! Am buying a couple more for future and for other shoes i own

Helped with cramping

The media could not be loaded. I had foot cramping when playing pickleball. The first night i wore them it was noticably better. Tonight it was non-existent.

Disappointed: Too small; lacks arch support, heel cushioning

I wear a women's size 7.5 M shoe, and purchased the size 5-7.5 insoles for women. I expected that the insole would be a size 7.5, and it was at least 3/8" shorter than my current insoles. This would make it a size 7, not a 7.5. Because I could feel my big toe hanging off the edge, I knew I could not use these. As for arch support, it really isn't there. The insole has a slightly harder ridge where the arch should be, but no actual raised arch. I don't think this would work for a 3-mile workout. The heel cushioning was more disappointing than the arch support, though. There is a raised bubble at the center of the heel, but as soon as you step on it, it is flattened, and you feel as though you are stepping on a hole. Since I walk for exercise, and the impact of my foot strike is at the heel, I knew this would never work. I was willing to give it two stars, only because I think there are others for whom this insole would work. First, if you wear a women's size 7, this will fit fine. (If you wear a smaller size, good luck cutting it.) Be warned that if your shoes have a somewhat wider toe box, you might find it a tiny bit narrow. Second, if you are a runner, and need more cushioning for the ball of your foot, and don't care about the heel cushioning, this should also work for you. However, if arch support is a must, you are going to have to look for another product to help with that.

no pain solution. great value for money.

I replaced the insoles of my Brooks Caldera runners and have been running with these 3 times a week. great cushion and no pain on my ultra sensitive soles. The only downside is that because of the bubble gel at the heels, my heels feel a little elevated at the shoe collars. In all, these insoles have helped extend the life of my runners.
