Works great in each configuration changing is another thing

This is my first press, and it's worked Great for everything I've tried. If I have any criticisms the controller is LOUD, the heat proof fabric it shipped with frayed everywhere, and changing between shirts and hats is more time consuming than I expected. Frankly, if these things dissuade you break out another $1000.00. Overall, highly recommend

Temperature Gauge goes Haywire

The media could not be loaded. I purchased this heat press on June 26,2022. It was working fine until about 2 days ago. I unplugged the original heat plate to attempt to try out the mug press attachment. Well, the mug press wasn't getting hot enough and ghosted my mug. Unplugged that and once I plugged my original plate in and attempted to set the temp back to 350degrees/30 mins,the temp gauge goes haywire,as shown in the attached video. The description states there is a 2 year warranty and to contact them if any issues, however, I went on the Slendor website to contact them in regards to this issue. I see no contact information such as an email address, nor phone#. I would appreciate it if someone from the company would at least contact me to get this issue resolved asap. This is a part of my business that I rely on the most for getting orders completed on time. This has slowed down my production! I have unplugged and plugged both the plate and power outlet and cannot get it working.

Great heat press, worth for the money!

I received this heat press last month, it was packaged well and shipped quickly. I am so excited to get the press out of box and set it up. This is my second heat press, the last one is Cricut heat press is 12x10" and is still work well. Need to upgrade a larger size so I bought this one after some research.It is super use to assemble and operation. I used it for about two weeks and pressing about 20 t-shirts, it worked great and heat evenly. For Cricut, I had to move it around the shirt, but this machine just needs to press the handle and wait for the transfer. Also the price is very reasonable, comes with one t shirt press, one mug attachment, one hat attachment and two plate attachments. All 5 in1 is also less $$ than my first Cricut Heat Press, it works way better and can meet all needs! Would definitely recommend this heatpress! Love it!

Piece of crap!!!

It's not worth your money. I purchased June 29,2022 and its already quit on me. The warranty is already out. I have only used this press maybe 20 times. It's only 4 months old. I do not recommend this item. Purchase one with a better warranty.

So far it works perfectly. I haven't use all the piece yet, but the big press works amazing. I thought it will be complicated to install, but it is actually very easy.

Great machine for the money

Was easy to set up and get going. EVERYTHING WAS THERE! Instructions on settings could be a little better, but not that hard to figure out.

Not happy right now!

The media could not be loaded. Waiting to hear back from the seller. Used this for a couple shirts and 4 hats, just tried to use it for sublimating slate for the first time. This is what it is doing now and it will not heat up at all.

My review on this heat press set up

I have now had TWO through this company, and I am very unhappy, both stopped working on me, Yes they sent me a replacement one when the first one messed up But not long after getting the second one it has messed up , its bent, does not press even, the ball baring fell out, it makes god awful sounds and I am just not happy at all. I am not one to leave bad reviews, but after this I just had to make a comment.... Extremely upset that I am now out of money....

Es un producto económico, la calidad no es la mejor pero por su precio está muy bien. Tuve que ajustar algunas partes ya que llegó desajustado, creo que por el mal trato de paquetería.

Temperature does not stay at settings set

The product is easy to use however if I set it at 400F, it either goes to 399F or 405F but does not go to the exact setting requested. I would not purchase again.
