The product is good but the protection is not

It is easy to install. I tried two bikes, one is a road bike, another is a gravel one, and both worked well. The downside is that the protection could be better. When the rain is heavy, I still got very wet. I ended up getting a full-size rain guard as where I live has much rain.

Tight fit on specialized diverge

Easy to install but tight fit with very little clearance

Installs in less than a minute once fitted.

Easy to install, light weight, but made of non-durable materials and will need to be replaced when the "rubber bands" break. Should last a couple seasons though.

Very sturdy

I did not measure correctly, and it wouldn’t fit on my daughters bike. I just swapped the for a different bike. This was too sturdy to let go.

Works great as a simple fender

It is a simple fender. Rare to get a splash past it, but it can happen. Tip: If your forks are a little wide, use a heat source (like a heat gun or maybe a hair dryer) to bend it. I put this on both mine and my wife's gravel bikes. On my Wife's bike the fork is a little wider and I had to use a heat gun to reform the mounting ears a little so it would fit well. Once reformed it is working great.

Easy to put on/take off; keeps the worst of the mud off me

This isn’t gonna keep you clean, but it’ll keep you cleaner than if you didn’t have it! Does a good job at protecting from road/trail muck flying up at me. I love how easy it is to swap between my road bike and gravel bike.

Great protection for a road bike!

Due to the pandemic I've been biking much more than I had before. I picked up the SKS front fender because I didn't want to skip a ride just because the roads might be wet or because of a little rain. Installation takes about 90 seconds. The braces attach to the front fork with two rubber cinch straps. They are incredibly easy to install and remove, but stay put when riding. The fender has about 5-10 degrees of adjustability to account for differing fork angles. Once the fender is installed and adjusted, it stays put. I've put about 500 miles on mine and it hasn't budged at all. I haven't been caught in a rainstorm yet, but I've been on a few wet morning rides and have remained completely dry. As most bikers know, even damp pavement will leave you with wet feet and spray-covered legs. This fender completely prevented both of those issues, and it helps keep my bike much cleaner. I was skeptical because of how slim the fender is, but it has worked flawlessly. Plus, the fact that it is so light and aerodynamic means I leave it installed 24/7 now. Even though its easy to remove, I don't see the point. I'm about 50% commute and 50% pleasure/workout rides on the weekend and the extra protection provided is very much worth it. I'd recommend this to ANYONE committed to putting more miles on their bike. This will go a long way to helping me meet my goal of keeping my road bike active for 10 months out of the year in Wisconsin.

Brilliant

Easy install and minimises mist onto your shoes. Very happy. Have 3 or 4000 km done with mudgard and it has never become loose or fallen off.

Quality product, great value

This is a well designed, good quality product and surprisingly good value when you see what some manufacturers charge for a flimsy sheet of plastic and a few zip ties. Takes less than a minute to install and SKS even include a 2.5mm hex key which is the only tool needed. Though SKS suggest a maximum of 38mm tyres for the S Board I've fitted this over my 42mm tyres and it just about covers them. My brake hose is routed down the rear of the left fork leg so the left mount of the mudguard has to straddle this but it fits securely. Now looking forward to some drier, cleaner rides.

Well made and easy to fit

I bought this to fit to my Cannondale Synapse before a big ride (the previous front mudguard had broken - the rear was still ok. It took about a minute to fit and did not require any adjustment of the bolts. During the ride it stayed secure over some fairly varied terrain and kept alot of water off me. It is not as good as a proper front guard as spray can still come up in front of the fork and be blown back at you but this is something I can accept as the product is so easy to fit.

Best mudguard with a little flexibility

Okay. It's a mudguard. It's a cracking mudguard that's easy to fit, easy to remove and does the job superbly well. I tried it on the rear of my gravel bike just to see if it fit. I'm pleased to say I'm ordering another one for the rear too despite the description suggesting it's a front one.

Works as intended

Keeps the water away from me and the bike frame on my commute. Holds firm to the forks on my road bike better than I expected. It did arrive bent and I had to do some straightening of the plastic to better align / fit it around the wheel hence the 1 star drop. Maybe some better packaging would have prevented this.
