Seems a little small for men
Been playing for 45+ years as a 10-16 handicap, but have always felt my grip was too strong. Was watching Padraig Harrington on YouTube the other day and talking about hands, wrists, and club face and he says something about the right hand being too far under and hindering good golfers from becoming great because of their grip. He says get yourself the $15 Skilz golf grip aid and snap it on your club. So I don’t have giant hands, but I typically play Midsize grips and have been playing the Golfpride MCC Midsize Plus 4 grips. I was worried that this would be too small to clip on the grip based on some of the reviews and the Q/A section, but this fits on the grip no problem. It does, however, seem to me that the thumb spacers are just a little small for an American man.

Proper alignment is critical for correct use.
You must understand the relationship between this device and the face of the club to use it correctly. Otherwise, when you are playing without this grip trainer you may put your hands on the grip in the incorrect alignment. If used correctly it does help. Good Luck.

GREAT TRAINING AID! NEED TO MAKE A LEFT HANDED AND JUNIOR VERSION.
I am golf professional and use these all the time for beginners and juniors. They are fantastic because you can tweek both hands or just one hand and switch it from club to club very easily. The 2 big downsides are it does not come in left handed and does not come in a junior version. When you try to put it on a junior club which has a thin grip it slides right off.

Great for starting out
Started playing golf and I love golf training aids for some reason. Most don’t work but this one is perfect for starting out. My grip always felt a bit unnatural at first so I bought this and would use it while at the range and now my golf grip feels natural to me.

Game changer
I have used a baseball style grip for 40 plus years, unfortunately over the last 10 plus years my slice has worsened. The frustration has been increasing and I realized that I needed to radically change something. I saw this device on amazon and decided that I should try and change my grip. This little bit of plastic is a game changer, my slice has nearly disappeared and the majority of my shots now go straight.

Who Knew a Simple Tool Could Vastly Improve my Swing??
So I am not a great golfer, but I also do not hit grounders around a golf course nor do I embarrass myself too badly at corporate or charity events in which I am required to play. I golf about once a week and my handicap is a consistent 15. I have futzed around with my grip for eons, and it seems like I am always reverting to something tried in the past to angling my club head to "choking up", etc. When it was suggested that I try some grip tools, I scoffed of course (I KNOW how to hold a club), but I decided to finally get something and I gave these try. I have used Skillz equipment before for my sons for baseball, but never tried anything for golf, but had to think they were at least decent. These grips cannot be any more easy to attach to your clubs and use! I immediately saw improvement in my grip pressure and positioning on the club. I was flushing more irons than usual, and as stated, my grip pressure has become more consistent. Will these shave lots of strokes off your game? Probably not. Will these tools help you become more consistent with your hand placement and in turn give you more confidence about hitting a shot? It did for me. I'm still a consistent 15 handicap, but that is more a testament to my short game as of late! (another topic and maybe another review!) Give these a try if your grip never feels quite right.

Instructions
I haven't tried it out yet other than to install on a club and it seems secure enough to swing the club and get used to the proper hand position. However the main reason for my review is to address the numerous comments about no instructions. The aid comes attached to a small card board display. On the one I got there are instructions inside that cardboard. I was not obvious that it was there and wonder if some people missed seeing that, or if it has been added since some people originally bought it. Have to also say that peoples comments about having to figure out how to attach it seem a bit lame as it is pretty obvious what to do.

Inexpensive but mostly useless
I thought this grip trainer would give me a better idea of if my grip was correct, but it really only shows you where to place your thumbs. Your thumbs can be in the right spot but the rest of your hands can be positioned a number of different ways, so it wasn't helpful. I returned it. Gave it a second star because it was easy to install, just clicks on to the club. Though you may have to move it up or down a few times to find the right place to set it.

A good purchase for a great price
To be honest, I was not sure if this would help my grip, swing, etc but took the gamble as it was a relatively cheap purchase. I have been delighted with the results and my golf started to improve as soon as I began to use this gadget. It’s easy to use and instal and fits all standard irons and woods. It’s something that stays in the bag and, whenever my grip needs a revisit, I attach the trainer and work through a number of shots. Definitely a great purchase for me!
