Good machine for small living space
I am liking it so far. However I would have loved it if the sound was bit louder. I guess its meant for small spaces. Other than that its a good machine to have for the price. Also, this machine came with a mic which stopped working after couple use. Connected with their customer service and they sent a new one which is working fine till now.

You have to buy cdg's. Thought it would have a demo one.so I bought some and it only reads a few of them. Wish it would come with a cd so I could see if I wanted to spend money to buy one!

Microphone is crap. Doesn't work and can't get ahold of company..
MICROPHONE IS CRAP.....WORKED 1 WEEK THAN NOTHING. Can't get ahold of company. Other than that. Good sound quality for price. Lights work great . Just need a good microphone. THERE IS A SLIGHT ECHO BUT YOU CAN ARRANGE TO FIX. I RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT BUT BUY A DIFFERENT MICROPHONE.

Happy with purchase.
My 6 year old loves this and was happy with it. The lights are fun and can be turned on and off. It comes with two microphone holders and plug ins and one microphone. Worth the buy.

Not at all happy with this product
We set it up and tried it out, seemed to work fine , not the best quality but the price was right. It was a surprise for our grandchildren but when we set it up for them for a summer weekend at the cabin in which the kids were so excited about, they were quickly disappointed to find out that when we set it up, it started to play but stopped and didn't work again. I contacted Amazon and because it was a product defect from “The Singing Machine Company “they gave me the number for their customer service. When I called Singing machine customer service, they had determined it was an internal defect and said I could return it for a replacement. I had asked if they expected me to pay for the shipping but they said no, they would send me the shipping details. I was then later contacted by that company telling me it was my responsibility to send the machine back and pay for shipping myself. The warranty states their products are free from defects, which was not the case with my purchase but they still refused to help. That left me with a defective product, I’m out the money I paid for it so I’m writing this review to warn others about the Singing Machine Company.. Highly NOT recommended.. don’t waste your money..

Rca to back of TV! Oh wait that hasn't been on tvs for years now. Selling obsolete technology for top dollars! Speaker doesn't go very high and can easily drown it out without even singing that loud.. No very heavy so it can easily be thrown out the window!

J’ai voulu utiliser cet appareil mais j’ai constaté que la synchronisation entre le son et l’image était déphasé de 1 à 2 secondes. C’était impossible avec une chanson rapide. Je ne sais pas si c’était un défaut de l’appareil mais je me suis fait remboursé et j’ai acheté un autre modèle qui lui fonctionne très bien.

Deliver is not within Prime standard
The product works fine and my daughter(6yrs. old) loves it! However, I am a prime member and ordered this a week before my daughters birthday. After a week of assurances that it would be there by Friday (it was supposed to be delivered Monday) they finally received a notification that it would not be delivered until the following week........after my daughters birthday. Thanx guys. You should not have a Prime designation if you can’t deliver the product when you guarantee ????

Easy operation at a good value
I have never used a Kareoke machine and really didn't have time to research it's use. I called their tech support and was quicky informed about how to use it and more importantly where to get the music. I had to download an app and pay for it but that made sense when I tried to find songs easily on YouTube (it was not easy, licensing and what not). It made sense. I bought it for a party and realized some of the LED lighting on the "mode" settings didn't work so I ended up returning it. I don't know that I will chose this brand when I purchase a new one, I will research in more detail first.
