Works great BUT
Once it dries, it stinks. It smells like most self tanners do, unfortunately. The things we put up with to stay beautiful lol.

Really Nice for a Slight Color
My last go to face tanner discontinued, I really like this stuff. It is a gel and no funky smell. Dries fast. Nice color, I am very fair skinned and do not wear foundation.

Great maintainer!
I use face tanner instead of foundation I’m 56 & foundation just accentuates fine lines. By itself it leaves skin soft & maintains the other tanners I use. If you want subtle color it’s great but for me I like a bit more color!

Adds a bit of color as it moistens
Most days, i prefer no heavy makeup, so this - along with a bit of eye makeup - is enough. Gives a little color so i don’t feel naked-faced.

The product smells just like any other self tanner. They do a decent job of masking it but it still smells.

Natural Color
Love this self tanner for so many reasons. I love that it is cruelty free! You get a natural looking tan, I’m not going in the sun as much working on a tan with this. I have been using Coola for the last 2 yrs. The bottle lasts a long time so that’s a plus. I use 3-4 pumps mixed in with moisturizer so it goes on evenly. Doesn’t sink into pores or get that orange tone. Natural look Cruelty free can’t ask for more then that. For me it’s well worth the purchase

A clean sunless tanner that works very well on light skin
There were many comments about this product’s effectiveness. I think it must have to do with your natural skin color. I am having great success tanning my face with this product. I have light hair, blue eyes and light (not fair) skin that tans golden. I do not tan my skin any more but like to add nice color to my face. I can apply very little product in the same way I might apply bronzer powder and get very nice soft golden color. That is all the color I want - more would look fake on me. My guess is that a medium skin tone would take a stronger and more frequent application. I also am sure not to use retinol or AHAs so my tan lasts days. This is a clean makeup which also makes me love it.
