SHANY Does It Again: Great Value Without Sacrificing Quality

For the adventurous spirit, SHANY has put together a collection of really fun, colorful lashes that will add a touch of color to your Halloween costume, outrageous party makeup, or editorial look. The packaging is superb: each pair comes in its own plastic tray with a clear plastic cover piece to protect it while being stored in your kit. The box that the sets are packaged in is also sturdy and gorgeously designed, showing off the product very well. Each pair also comes with its own individual tube of adhesive, an even greater value for the price you pay. The lashes are very colorful and well made, the bands are flexible and remove easily from the tray and the lashes are light and don't feel bulky on your lids. The fibers are soft; some of the colors look a little plasticy up close, but these lashes aren't exactly "everyday wear" and they look great when worn. My one very minor complaint about the set is that the package of single lashes seems out of place in this particular collection. This collection is about wild, costumey looks while single lashes are usually for more realistic looks. Since the lash sets in this collection have very little black if any at all, these singles would be hard to use to enhance them. Considering that the whole set was less than $10, this is a minor complaint indeed, and you can always throw them into your kit to have around in case you need them but it might have been nice to have a tenth pair or fun, colorful lashes rather than the singles. SHANY is doing everything they can to prove to people that inexpensive makeup doesn't have to be poorly made with sketchy performance. SHANY delivers pretty consistent high quality product and their prices allow you to get a variety of products into your kit without spending a ton of money. I did have some problems with their Smooch Collection lipsticks (you can read my review on the page, here:SHANY Cosmetics SHANY Cosmetics Smooch Collection Lipstick Set No.1, 6 Count ) but otherwise I have been amazed by every product I have ordered from them. SHANY is truly an asset to makeup artists because of the value you get from their pallettes and collections, and they are a boon to makeup students who want to be able to experiment and play with products as they hone their skills. This company is definitely one to keep your eye on.

The product came a day after I ordered it, granted I did use two day shipping. The eyelashes are the same as the ones in the pictures, no surprises. All eyelashes come in an their own little plastic box which is extremely handy when I need to take only one pair with me. The box they all came in is strong and holds them all very nicely. I wouldn't wear these as an everyday look, but that's just me. I was expecting them to be more "dolly" than "dramatic." I really like the variety that you get although there are some lashes I most likely wont use just because they don't suit me or are too dramatic. The eyelashes are as comfortable as false lashes can get, keeping in mind that you are gluing objects to your eyelids. The only thing is I wish they came with more eyelash glue, they all come with a tiny tube in the bottom of the case, and maybe it's just because I'm new to this but I go through quite a bit of glue trying to get the damn things to stick. Overall they are nice but I don't think I'll repurchase them, false lashes aren't something I use daily rather just for special occasions. If you're looking for a variety of eyelashes that are comfortable, affordable, and well made these are for you.

So glad I bought these!

I was SO excited to try these and they are completely worth it! The color variation is really cool, though the green isn't very pigmented. They're a little hard to shape to your eye, but comfortable and stunning. The possibilities are endless! I can't wait to incorporate them into more looks! The brand is also cruelty free.

Shany cosmetics Eyelash extend eyelashes are a color frenzy!

I got these in the mail today and i was more than impressed! So often in bundles the quality just isn't exceptional. These eyelashes are exceptional! I put on the first pair to go out tonight and they were even better quality than the ones i pay almost $10.00 a pair for. They were easy to apply and were perfectly shaped.the colors looked even better than the photo's which truly impressed me as I've often found color is not as good when received or is really different than the photo quality. The colors were so nice that i even plan on wearing the yellow pair which is a color i very rarely care for. I have exactly two pieces of clothing that have yellow in a shade i like to my name that is how rare it is i like yellow. I have added this set to my wish list to purchase again when these are ready to be thrown out. It is also rare to find color eyelashes that are this affordable much less in a multipack. I am definitely telling my girlfriends to pick these up and check out other Shany cosmetics as well. I have a case full of Shany nail polish and art along with other cosmetics that i just love. I recommend Shany products very highly and these lashes doubly so!

Fabulous

These eyelashes are gorgeous and very easy to put on. I would have given it a full 5 stars if it came with a better eyelash glue. When I used the glue the lashes did not stick for very long, however when I bought glue from the store they stayed on all night. Trust me they do not tear easily. I ripped one off my eye after a long night of partying and it did not rip apart. I was definitely amazed here. I have not used the individual lashes because, well , I just don't know exactly how to use them lol. But the other lashes are well worth the purchase. You can wear these whether you want to go out or even for halloween. They can be classy yet costumey depending on the type of makeup you pair up with it. I will definitely be purchasing eyelashes from SHANY again!

Definitely like how many options there are

Liking these so far. Using $4 Ardell lash glue and they are staying on quite well. Definitely like how many options there are, especially for the price. Shipping was quick. Overall, I would purchase these again.

Alright, I'm a first time false lashes girl and these sets were perfect! I have only tried the less subtle sets but so far they are awesome! They came in perfect packaging, before date and they come with 10 different pairs! So if it's your first time strongly suggest these, but don't forget to buy glue :)

Love! Love! Love!

I've never used fake eyelashes before so decided to buy these to try them out. One disappointing thing is that it says it comes with 10 glues and it didn't so you will have to buy your own. I love that it came in 10 different sizes so you can wear them accordingly to the occasion. Being a first timer with wearing false lashes I find that these were pretty easy to maneuver to put on. I had no idea what I was doing and they went on very well. The lashes itself are of good quality and lasted through a 8 hour event, I even had a few people who commented on my lashes not knowing they were fake!. I would recommend this to anyone who doesn't have an experience with fake lashes for the first time as well as those who do just because of the quality.

Good, but a little stiff

There is lots of variety in this package of lashes which is nice as you can use them for different occasions. These were also very cheap compared to luxury lashes such as ones from sephora or even ones from the drug store! The only downside with this is that I found the band to be a little stiff, which hurt my eyes a bit by the end of the day. I recommend using these right before a special event as opposed to wearing it all day.

good thing it was only like $20 for a pack of ten b/c the bases of these are thick and rubbery and don't bend will to affix to the natural curve of the lash line. I tried forever to get it on with good lash glue and I just couldn't. great styles but awful quality.
