Have been using this shampoo (and the accompanying conditioner) for the last 4 months and its my new favorite. I have fine, mid length highlighted hair that tends to get oily at the roots and the ends are prone to damage due to the coloring. I love that this is sulfate free and it has done a better job at preserving my color than a lot of others ive tried (Redken, Loreal Professionnal, , Oribe, Christoph Robin, regular R+Co gemstone, Virtue, etc) and this is the one! I still have to wash it almost every day/every other day, but my hair feels better/less damaged and the color has stayed better/not turned brassy (which it tends to do since i have to wash so much). Definitely far more "good hair days". I also really love that this product line is so eco friendly as well. Ive started with the shampoo, & conditioner, and more recently the mask. Now cant wait to try some of the styling products too!

I love R+CO BLEU product line, this shampoo doesn't disappoint
The reason I purchased R+Co BLEU Primary Color Shampoo is to combo it with R+Co BLEU Primary Color conditioner. My hair is standard fine, body of hair lays flat, and light brown color-treated, causing my hard to be on the dry side. My continue search for a shampoo/conditioner that will both moisturize my hair and help me keep my color has always been a challenge. I had the opportunity to try R+Co Primary Color products: this shampoo and paired conditioner. First off the packaging is stellar, very high end notes which I can see why the price is higher. The ingredients inside R+CO are always premium and the scent is so delicious! After a few weeks of usage, I've noticed a big increase in vibrance of color, the overall healthiness of my hair. The shampoo does a great job sudden and cleaning my hair without drying it out. It leaves my hair moisturized , feeling soft, and smelling great! My scalp doesn't have that slight itchiness anymore either. Price is always a factor in my purchase decisions but when it comes to my body, I'm willing to pay a little more. High price items that DOES show results are worth every dollar. Great product with a long line of complimentary BLEU products, I'll collect them all.

gentle on color, leaves scalp feeling clean and refreshed, fruity scent
This R+Co BLEU Primary Color Shampoo is gentle on color-treated hair, and it cleans well without stripping hair dry. It didn't irritate my scalp and my scalp felt very refreshed afterwards. The scent is fruity and isn't cloying, and it doesn't linger after rinsing and applying conditioner. It is pricey but it's a luxury hair care product, and I do like the results. It's made in the USA.

Improved the quality and health of my hair, very enjoyable shampoo but super expensive
When I saw that this sells for $60 and that I could review it for free through Amazon Vine, i wanted to try it because I had never used expensive shampoo like this before and I wanted to know what it was like to try to understand why someone would pay 6-7x the price of what I consider to be good shampoo. This is meant to help keep dyed hair color from fading and to help maintain the look it had from the start. It’s also suppose to keep hair healthy and shiny, as well as locking in the color. I like that this product is cruelty free and vegan, that is something that will keep me from buying a product if it’s on the wrong side of that equation. I love the experience of washing my hair with this shampoo, it definitely is a treat. It’s definitely scented, much more the the shampoo I switch from, but it has a nice smell to me. I only needed a small amount (slightly smaller than the size of a quarter dollar coin), any more than that would just be a waste with my hair being as short as it is. While I do not color my hair, I did notice the health of my hair improve after a week or so of using this shampoo. I mean a noticeable difference, even though my hair was pretty healthy to begin with. So I have really enjoyed using this product, but I doubt I would ever spend this much on a bottle of shampoo.
