Smells great! Shipped leaky

This stuff smells incredible and gives a hair salon quality clean. This is definitely my favorite shampoo for a multitude of reason. Give it a try. Product arrived with the bottles not perfectly packed and one was leaking slightly. Regardless the product itself is amazing.

Shipping packaging was very poor

The product, what's left of it, I'm sure is great, but there is about half of the contents of one of the bottles in the plastic travel bag shipped in a plain plastic bag.. The tops of the bottles are screw cap (was fine) a flip top (was fine) and a circular snap open top - that one had been obviously bumped around in shipping and opened up spilling the contents inside the travel bag which was split open at the top. I give it 2 stars as the product is great, however the shipping was extremely poor.

Missing pieces

The media could not be loaded. I bought this as a gift and it came in short one piece, the shave gel was missing.
