I’ve used AirBake for years and love them

I don’t like that I can’t submerge these in water, but I like everything else about them. I’ve used them for most of my adult life and just really like them. Lightweight. Durable. One raised edge is handy and all you need for grabbing and repositioning. Large surface area - I usually fit 12-16 cookies on a pan, depending on what I’m baking. My son uses them to heat up the frozen foods he likes (chicken strips, taquitoes, etc). If you do get water in them (which I have), you just turn them upside down in a warm oven for a while. I love how my cookies bake on them. Nice even bake. I just bought two new ones after….gosh, surely over 20 years!…my old ones still work fine. They just eventually got stained from my son not taking care of them after his messy baking, and I felt like I deserved shiny, new ones. ????????????

Works as expected

Great for making batches of cookies. I prefer air bake over traditional pans.

Baking sheets

This baking sheet is amazing! Im able to get between a half dozen or dozen of cookies on the baking sheet depends on the size of my cookies. It allows for my cookies to bake evenly and not stick as well along for a smooth and even bake.

A Must-Have in your kitchen

I've been using these air bake sheets for decades and swear by them for never burning the bottoms of cookies, biscuits, etc. Very rarely need to wash them because I use a sheet of parchment paper and attach it with a metal binder clip on the raised edge. Don't soak them or run them through the dishwasher and they will last forever.

Best cookie sheets ever

These were replacements for my mom's cookie sheets that had blackened over the years. It's very hard to burn cookies with these sheets. This was a great value for a set of 2.

There were a few scratches already on the pan. Works great for cookies and rolls though.
