Beautiful but fragile

While these are very detailed, heavy (which is good or bad depending on your preference) and beautiful I wouldn’t repurchase just because of durability. In less than 2 months of owning these dishes I had chipped a bowl in the sink and completely broke a handle off of one coffee cup since then I’m extremely careful with them and still found another mug chipped and I was never rough with them to begin with I don’t even know how the damage occurred I would just go to fill the sink up and find one chipped/broken maybe this is due to the heavy weight of them I’m not really sure but I’ve never chipped or broke any of my other sets of much thinner/cheaper dishes (Corell for example) so it leads me to believe it has to be a product flaw. I do love the vibrancy and how detailed they are I’ve never seen any other dishes of their quality I just couldn’t convince myself to spend another 130$ on dishes that seem to magically chip and break on me.. I definitely recommend if you get these use extreme caution or have them for display/occasional use only as they don’t seem to hold up with daily use.

Beautiful set!

Wow these are beautiful! Just got these today and they were delivered very secure in Styrofoam and many boxes in boxes. Time will tell, but they appear to look like they will hold up for many years. Love them!

BAD QUALITY OF PRODUCT for the price.

Very pleased with the design and sizes of dishes. They are very durable An overall good looking set of dishes. However, when you look into the quality, They are poorly made. The larger serving platters have seams in the middle of the dishes. The darker dishes show up much more than the lighter dishes. The bottom of the dishes are very poorly designed and scratch your table tops badly. It is an absolute must to use a place mat underneath your dishes or you will have no varnish left on your table. Also they do not sit flat, the plates will rock on a flat surface. The bowls and cups do sit flat but still scratch the surfaces. We Initially ordered one set Of 4 of everything But have a large family so need 3 more sets. However when I went back to order more Amazon raised the prices on me and I cannot get any more at the discounted prices that I purchased them for.Originally paid $36.69 for a set of 4 pasta bowls, now they want $110 for the same set of 4. Only one week after my original purchase. That was a nasty bait and switch tactic. Same concept with the dinnerware set. $300 worth of dishes that I originally purchased will cost me over 600 to get what else I need, it's just not worth it. Overall design, And size are very nice but quality is rather poor.
