Quiet, smart, and simple to use.

This vacuum has been so easy to use. I have it set up to run every night while we're sleeping. It only has access to about 1,000 sqft of my house. We just sleep with the bedroom doors closed. I was incredibly surprised by how quiet it was, so even though we are sleeping we do not hear it running. In addition it is also smarter than my previous robot vacuum, which would just go in a straight line until it runs into something, hit it, and then turn around. This vacuum can sense when it's near the wall, and it stops itself before it hits, and turns around. So I can now run it at night while we are sleeping unlike my previous vacuum, because it does not bang on our bedroom doors and wake us up. This vacuum senses that it's about to hit our door, stops before it hits our door, and turned around and goes the other way. So because the vacuum is so quiet running and is not knocking into walls and doors we are able to easily run it at night. With the self-docking feature we are also able to hide the vacuum under a piece of furniture so that it is out of the way during the day. I have dogs and children so it's nice to not have to worry about somebody accidentally stepping on it. Since the vacuum Auto docs and there's a remote, there's no need for me ever to reach under the furniture to mess with it. I have also been impressed by how this vacuum doesn't seem to get stuck under anything like my previous robot vacuum. It's amazing to be able to go to sleep and then wake up and find that my floor is very clean. Even though it runs all night, until the battery runs low, the compartment that collects the dust never seems to be to full. I should add that I have a great Pyrenees dog which is a breed that has a lot of hair and she sheds a lot inside right now because we keep her inside out of the Texas summer heat. By running this vacuum every night my floors are hair free. The vacuum seems to be having no trouble keeping up with the dog hair. And the dirt compartment never seems to be too full in the morning. I cannot say how well it performs on carpet though, I only have hardwood floors and tile in my house. It does do very well though with hard surfaces and seems to have no trouble making it over our transition pieces to go from the hardwood floors to the tile.

Works very well

I love this thing. It works very well and it’s easy to use. Finds the charging station quickly. Linking it to the app Can be a pain.

Vacuum will not go back to charge station.

I purchased this vacuum at Christmas for a present. We only used the vacuum once a week so after 2 months we only used it 8 or 9 times. It couldn’t find its way charge station. It would run around the room looking for the charge station until it ran out of power. The company said to run the battery completely down then unplug it. I did that and it seemed to fix the problem the first time I used it. But now the battery never seems to hold a charge. The battery light turns yellow after a few minutes of using. The company said to send it back (at my expense) and they will see if it’s covered by warranty. Right!! I would suggest anyone who takes a chance on this vacuum to run the heck out of it the first few weeks. It will take a few weeks to get a answer by E mail. It may takes weeks to get through to the company, that may eat up your warranty time. I think I’ll need a new battery. I’ve been waiting for 5 months the get a battery for the vacuum. They say it’s not it stock, be careful when buying.

Only good for flat surfaces

The media could not be loaded. This vac is a bit wider than the others I have tried. It is very difficult to pair and after watching videos from others and reading the manual; it still wouldn't pair. The plus is that it will auto clean without proper set up. It does not travel well over rugs. It has a wide turn so it gets suck quite a bit. It doesn't have a lift I assume. It did clean up the dog hair in the areas it cleaned. I am sending mine back. If you have smooth surfaces or don't mind picking up all your rugs, it will work for you.

Great coverage

Great battery life, coverage is really good. Edge mode works well. Remote control allows quick cleaning of small areas. Large drive wheels allows for use on carpets and rugs without getting stuck. Has normal and turbo mode for suction

Good lil wo-bot

Value for money. DH took off the little brushes that stick out as they would get hung up in the carpet. There was a coupon for a mop attachment... it was impossible to redeem. Kind-of a bummer but I really don't expect free items. The value for money it there already.

Great robot

It’s not my first robot vacuum but it light be my last because it’s awesome. Came in two days, setting it up was easy and then you let it do its thing. Didn’t get a chance to take a picture of it working but it’s working great. Even my dogs aren’t bothered with Tit which is always a plus. Great price for a very nice product in my opinion

The room mapping is way too not-smart

The room mapping is weird. It maps the areas that are not there and misses areas that are available. Highlighted is the area I have. Fails to clean the full room/floor
