Great product - terrible shipping
The media could not be loaded. I use this in my hot tub. Works great just glad I didn't throw out the old bottle yet so I can swap the tops. Shipped in a bag with no protective wrap.

Amazing results especially when broadcast in a sprayer
Bought a clarifier product that came with a sprayer and costs $50 for one application. It worked fine and water cleared right up but had t leave pump off for 24 hours plus. A lot dropped to bottom and per the directions needed to be vacuumed very, very slowly. Saw SeaKlear Chitosan product and decided to give it a try. I used the broadcast sprayer from the other product by adding just 3 oz. of SeaKlear to the sprayer quart and broadcast the bottle sprayer until it was empty (as per the other product) and looked out the next morning and couldn’t believe the difference. That night I turned on the pool lights and WOW! Great product. Kind of like seeing the blue clarity of the Caribbean for the first time.

Good Stuff for Gunk
On any given day I have 10 or so kids in my pool splashing and playing hog wild which isn't my problem. My problem is overly cautions moms attached to those kids slathering on what seems to be a weeks' worth of sunscreen every hour or so forming a cloud for my xtra large double cartridge pool. Those two little cartridges tally up at five bills each, so you can imagine my dismay when they get gunked up SOLID with suncreen in a short time. The cleaning and cleaning really wears them out. SeaKear cuts the buildup of muck if used as directed. My pool doesn't cloud up and the filter system doesn't overload if I use this as directed. I may not be able to convince the moms to use less sunscreen, but I might just save myself some bills replacing my filters. What I do like about Sea Kleer is it does not "flock" my pool as some other clearing agents might. In this, I mean that it does not latch into every particle and make a snowstorm in my pool. What it does do is make it temporarily a little more blue, nothing more, nothing less, but the next day my pool is blindingly clear.I will say I DO use the product exactly as directed on the bottle and at a frequency suggested by the manufacturer. You will want to calculate the gallons of your pool to know how much to use and how often to use it and perhaps keep it up to maintain the great results. That's how we do it on our very high use pool that we lovingly open to our small community all summer long with great results. FYI my pool is 45,000 gallons in ground, liner and is some 30 years old (new liner, of course). I inherited it from my parents and keep it going strong for my sibs and all their kids and friends/family. Just letting you know my results are on this kind of pool in case your pool is really different. Thanks, SeaKleer!.

Great Product
I have used this product for about three years and love it. Keeps the dark clothes from fading. It is a little pricey but you don't have to use very much.

Ok... I've been looking at reviews and most all negative reviews are not using this product correctly. One person mentioned at a 'bottle' added to the pool and it turned green. Folks... A little goes a long way. Read the instructions!!! FYI.. I add about 4 once total every 3 weeks. I add about 3 onces right in front of my out ports for proper dispersion. Not 3 onces at each port... This is total for the pool. Then I add 1 once to the skimmer. I have a sand filter. This stuff works great. Don't don't dump a 'bottle' in your pool. That would be like taking a 'bottle' of aspirin to ease a headache!! Read the instructions.

Great Pool Water Clarifier
This works well to improve the clarity of pool water over time. Weekly use, especially before company, makes the pool more inviting. After testing the effect of this product upon ORP, I can confirm that its use actually raises ORP. No effect upon pH. Any additive that clears the water and raises ORP is a blessing.

Does the job...........price very reasonable for effectiveness of the product.
This produce worked very well. it has successfully reduced the phosphate level in the pool and the clear up time was about a week for both of the batches I added. It doesn't take very much, so the price makes the product a pretty good buy. My pool store want to use a different product that costs about the same but requires 5 or 6 times as much to be used. So this economical.
