They're cheap

Needed some spares for a snorkel, but I noticed they were pretty small. I had a mouthpiece from a shop in Hawaii that fit the mouth much better. These don't have much area for you to bite on, so any movement will break the seal made by your mouth and let water in. For snorkeling it'd be annoying, but it'd be dangerous on a dive. Better off getting one at a dive shop, in person or online.

Great replacement for our hookah

Our Brownies Third Lung hookah needed a new mouth piece. The older rubber was disintegrating, leaving black marks on people's teeth. Found these replacements and thought, great I'll have spare. They fit perfectly and do run on the smaller size, but I think that's a good thing since too big would be a problem. I'm an adult and it fits fine, but since my kids use the hookah in the pool, I'm glad the mouth piece is a bit small.

Saved me $100

When the mouthpiece that came with my low pressure hookah regulator came apart, I was told that I would nee to buy a new $120 regulator. I was happy to find a replacement, but a little bit worried by such a low price. When the mouthpieces arrived, I noticed that they were slightly smaller than the old mouthpiece and a bit asymmetrical. The mouthpiece fit snugly on my regulator and though it felt different in my mouth at first, I now believe it is better than the original. On top of that, I have five replacements if the new mouthpiece ever tears.
