Breathable and durable foot protection

Pluses, they're highly breathable so finally my feet aren't sweating as I stand all day, working. They are of durable construction and look like they will last at least a year in a abusive automotive shop setting. They have good laces, which tighten up quickly and easily, as well as nice tread. The downside is they're bulkier and heavier than my alloy toe new balance, however, the aforementioned didn't breathe well and my feet would sweat. The inserts also don't seem to be that cushiony, the soles are stiffer than my new balance also. I'll try some inserts in a few days if ther break in doesn't help.

Safety toe

I bought these for summer there light and breathable for the jobsite in warm weather. So far comfortable and work well.

Nice work shoes!

Tried a Merrell ultra light composite toe, a Merrell slip on and these. These were the clear winner. But also the most expensive. Grip on wet surface is good, grip on oily surface is rather poor. Build is solid, so "Keen like" that I suspect these might be made by Keen. Fortunately the arch isn't like a Keen. The width, toe box and heel cup is about what you will expect if you have owned any Merrell MOAB or similar Merrell shoes. They broke in quickly and are comfortable all day.

5months and time for a new pair of shoes

Very comfortable but not an everyday work shoe.There is definitely nothing waterproof about them and the soles are separating from the shoe after 5 months .

steel toes causes inside to be smaller and rubb my toes

I have owned several pair of Merrell Men's Moab. They have been some of the best shoes i have owned. They is why when I had to have steel toes for work I purchase these. they were great in the beginning, but now are start to rub my toes were the steel toe starts.

I have owned three pairs of these shoes. They are the longest lasting shoes I have ever owned. I am a big guy and I wear out shoes fast. Destroy them. But ever since I started buying these shoe, I can actually get a good amount of use on them. Value for the money.
