High quality!

I’ve been boxing for a little while now and decided to leave the wrestling shoes and the cheep gloves behind. Spoke to a lot of fighters and decided to get Venum boots. It was a big jump in cost for me the wrestling shoes were only $60. So worth the jump up!!!! Super well made and so much more ankle support. Something I had no idea I was missing was the glide a real boxing show allows. These boots glide and grip hard when you throw your punch. The wrestling shoes grip constantly. Get these boots! Your able to move your feet faster and more natural. Trust me it’s noticeable! As soon as the weight transfers all the grip you want and need is right there.

Love these shoes except for....

I'm really digging these shoes except for the heel. It feels like it's sliding forward when I'm sure it isn't, therefore creates the feeling as if I'm stepping on a plastic backing. The shoes fit very well on me otherwise. I just wish they would bring back in stock the all black shoes so I can purchase those!

Overall pretty good boxing shoe

Pretty above average boxing shoe! Good stability and comfortable fit although a little bit of a wide toe for me. Good material and worth the buy in my opinion

Why the extreme arch in the sole of the shoe?

The sole of the shoe has an extreme arch in the middle that hurt my feet. Never felt anything like it. Had to return them. Other than that it seems like they are well made. I really can’t understand what’s going on with the arches though. I’ve never experienced anything like it.

Best Boxing Shoes I’ve used

They’re great but rarely available unfortunately. Sole- Firmly attached rubber with a very firm grip. Better for generating power punches and quick direction changes with footwork. Cushioning- Very little, but your feet can’t slip. I added a silicone gel insole to reduce blistering. Ankle support- Good Laces- Should be longer imo, but I’ve thought that about every pair of boxing shoes I’ve used. Even 180cm laces feel short on these but I can’t find laces longer than that in India. Durability- Will edit with pica when they get worn out. Beats the RXN pair and the Decathlon pair but it’s 10k more. If hyperkos are ever available in India, I’d love to compare them.

FAULTY SHOE!

The left shoe feels raised in the middle of my foot, like there is a ball as another reviewer said. Im guessing this is faulty because the right shoe feels fine. The shoe looks beautiful and fits nicely but it hurts to stand with the left one and is super uncomfortable.
