Works Well

I love the faux button (it tricked my husband!) and how easy this lock is to use. Works perfectly for our under sink cabinets that wouldn’t be lockable with other childproof devices.

Toddlers can remove easily.

I liked how the product was designed it has a sleek look. It is easy for me to install but when my grandson that is 1yr noticed it he was able to remove the device within minutes. The reasoning I bought this was to keep him out of things that is harmful to him. I did not send it back to the company usually this company makes great products. I did find use for it on a cabinet that the knobs are too high for him to reach so it does do what it says it does as long as the child cannot reach it. Safety 1st plz redisgn the lock can keep a child out if the lock is within his or her reach. The problem of the lock is that you slide the locking mechanism by squezzing the sides together and sliding the latch up to the underside of the knobs. This is where my grandson was able to grab the stems and literally popped the device off of the knobs without even deactiving the locking latch. I was disappointed but just chalked it up and used it somewhere else.

Works well for locking cabinets and it makes me smile to watch the kids try to open it with the fake button.

Measure twice, then buy a different product

Amazon product image says for cabinets 4 1/2” apart. Packaging says 4 3/4” apart. Our cabinets are 4 3/8” apart. We are an 1/8” under lowest recommendation and this barely fit (on the last latch pulled taut) which made it much too difficult for us adults to unlock and lock.

Simple and easy to use!

My 1-year old has started roaming and being curious so these slide locks are so easy to use and keep him out of the cabinets. Even kept my 10-year old out as well until I told him how to do it

Sense of security lock

Love this baby lock- we have a baby genius on our hands and he hasn’t figured it out yet along with his older siblings. Gives you that sense of relief that your children won’t be getting into dangerous things they aren’t supposed to. Use it to lock up our chemicals under our sinks and all he does is play with the pretend button and loses interest. Great idea!

Best of the bunch but not perfect

Better than most similar locks but depending on your cupboards the doors can still open slightly and little fingers can be caught in the gap. Unfortunately with baby proofing you kind of have to make do with what there is and there are rarely any perfect solutions.

Very simple to use

I like this product because it's very easy to use because you push on the end and it opens where like those other baby locks you have a tough time unlocking. It's very easy to use.

very sturdy, better then old model

rubber coating over mechanism easily washable nice sturdy construction, doesn't flex or bend like the older model so when kids yank on it there is no worry of it slipping off or bending permanently fools children and adults!
