Love this upper Cut bag with real leather and well made

Durable. Good use.

I have two of these, I have one slightly above waist level and one at face level. I use the lower one for front kicks and the higher one for uppercuts and upward elbow strikes. I have had the lower level one for several months and it has held up very well. You will likely need to figure out how to hang this bag from two parallel hanging points as hanging the bag from one point does not work well at all.

Excellent Bag

I've owned this bag for 4 months and I purchased it thinking that I would mainly use it to practice uppercuts, elbows, and knees. However, I found that I love practicing front snap and rising kicks with this bag. I have used this bag aggressively 4x's per week and it has taken the abuse. It is the favorite bag that I own (total of 4). When/if I break this bag, I will not hesitate to purchase this exact bag again. The bag is soft enough to hit without gloves, but I mostly use 16oz boxing gloves. For kicking I use wear shin pads, but I sometimes kick it without extra padding. I have had no problems. I have not opened the bag to see its contents, and I don't intend to. No funky smells or stuff leaking out of it.

Good bag Constructuon material is just slick

I got the infilled bag and filled with sand and cloths as instructed in the videos. Pretty straight forward and easy. The only dislike is how slick the material is on the bag. I might try some sand paper to it lightly to scuff up and work in a bit

Bag itself is top quality....chain and hookup leave alot to be desired if you hit it... the s shaped hooks lets the bag shoot right out of them and you will be rehooking it on 1 side if not both depending on how hard you punch...as far as it being an uppercut bag...if I had to do it over I would go with a teardrop or a round one they are way better on your hands and wrists and just for overall technique...great bag but my impatience on shipping of the other will mean I will end up with both...this is an old school uppercut bag...probably b4 they thought of round or teardrop...not to mention you will need a way to secure it where it doesnt spin...having both would be great if you can afford it has benefits if your creative...hope this helps

What to use to fill it so its not to solid but not too much of a cushion

I teach combat and all of my students loved this new bag. Mixed it with towels and foam with sand on top of it for weight. Foam on the outside so your not hitting a rock. Just have to be creative on how to fill it. Only had to adjust it twice to get it perfect. Recommend it.

Ringside uppercut bags are durable and will withstand any punishment you can give

Love Smacking my ringside bag. I GOT A 100 lb bag years ago (a soft fill) and don't let that fool you. I have been getting great workouts. For 15 yrs I had a Everlast, 100lb sand filled . Yeah...after constant pounding...i had givin it away. A lot of stres on the forarms & hands.

Good product. I have put about 40 kg of rags in it though the weight of the factory-filled bag is about 30 kg, because I wanted the bag to be heavier and harder. And those are great advantages in work with it. The bag is really high-quality manufactured. The only thing I personally didn't like are those big fabric labels on it, but I have put them away.
