Beautiful product but arrived damaged
I love this item. It keeps your wine cold and you can use it on the dinner table as it looks very elegant and delicate. The reason for 4 stars is because it arrived dented (see picture). It makes a beautiful gift as well

Tradition bottles only
This wine chiller looks pretty neat, but I would recommend examining it upon receipt, as mine came with a missing paint chip at the bottom. It does the job of keeping wine cool, but only if the bottle itself is pre-chilled. There is no extra space for ice, or room for wider bottomed bottles. Note that a Risata MOSCATO D'ASTI will not fit in this chiller, if that happens to be your favorite wine as well!

Beautiful wine chiller- works very well!
This wine chiller is great! First, the appearance is simple & beautiful. I ordered the copper color and I love it. Its simple & elegant. The chiller itself is fairly lightweight. Its a great size too, not too large but big enough to keep a bottle of wine chilled. I had a few bottles of wine in a standard sized bottle and they fit in this chiller no problem. This chiller gets the job done & well. It kept the wine nice & chilled for several hours. There is no condensation on the outside and I think this would work well outdoors in warmer weather. Overall, I rate this item 5 out of 5 stars. I like the appearance of this chiller- the copper is simple, yet pretty. It does a great job of keeping the wine cold- you will have chilled wine for several hours. I think this is a good value for the cost and I do recommend this item.

Looks Nice Too
This is just like a large version of a stainless steel double walled travel mug without the lid. Besides holding a wine bottle, I can use it to hold a whipped cream canister, certain small coffee creamers, a narrow glass carafe, etc.. There should not be much of a gap around the item you are trying to keep cold or hot. I like that this does not take up as much space as a traditional ice bucket, I don't have to deal with water dripped onto the table and this looks much nicer.

Really nice looking wine chiller
Comparable wine chillers cost the same, but this one was nicer looking and from a brand we already know and trust. Hand wash only, but it shouldn't ever need more than a rinse and a wipe. We really like the look, the weight, and the functionality. Keeps your bottle of wine cold for longer and looks great doing it. Would also make a nice gift, especially with a chilled bottle of wine inside.

Well Made
Must not be refrigerated or placed in freezer. It also requires hand washing. Wine bottles slide in and out easily. The way S’well insulates does not require the pre-cool other chillers call for. I have several very old S’well water bottles that are still working as well today as when I bought them.

Keeps the wine cold!
I was gifted this product so I can provide an honest review. This item arrived the night before Thanksgiving and I was so excited to use it for our guests. It kept our bottles chilled throughout the day and even through to the next afternoon. The chiller is very sturdy and I didn't need to worry about it getting next over as guests were taking bottles in and out. I did not notice any condensation on this product. The hammered metal is absolutely gorgeous and perfect for any season. I highly recommend this product.
