Nice board - works with the small bingo balls

I just bought this board. It's not as bad as the other posted stated. Yes, it's definitely some sort of smooth press board [no rough edges] but nowadays you're not going to get fine quality wood for 20 bucks. The numbers were readable and easily legible. It's as large as they state it is and it would work with the little bingo balls. Our Bingo set came with a paper bingo ball holder and the balls just wouldn't stay put which is why we ordered this. This is definitely going to keep them from rolling around. It's a nice heavy weight and I had nothing wrong with it when it arrived. The only thing I wish they would do is maybe finish it with a lacquer. I'm thinking I may do that myself with something clear to give it a nice smooth finish. I need to go to home depot and see what they would suggest. Either way, for the price it is a nice board and I could see my niece and nephews enjoying this without chasing balls all over the floor to get them before our dogs cause chaos by steeling a ball from the floor. It comes in plastic wrap so you'll notice a scent when you take the plastic off. I'm assuming that will go away with time.

Bingo Board

Well it is better than the paper one we got with the bingo game. I thought it would fold up but it doesn't , but the balls stay put during the game which is why I bought. Balls come out ok when we start a new game.

Not the quality I expected.

The description is a little misleading and / or maybe I didn't read it correctly. The description says solid molded wood board. I guess the molded should have been the tip off. I assume this was a type of wood pulp that was poured into a mold then dried forming the board. I was expecting solid wood and that it is not. The painting of the numbers could have been better also, very light. I think with a little wear that they will be unreadable. Packaging could have been better also. It was shipped in a padded envelope and you can tell where the corners got dinged up from handling, looks as if thin layers of paper about to peel off of it. I would not buy again. Next time I'll get a plastic one and pay a little less.

Super nice Bingo board!

This Board was such a wonderful improvement over what we have used for years! Bingo is a thanksgiving tradition at our house, and it was a great update!
