Just received today. Initial reaction is it feel wonderful. Will update after a long day at work on my feet…..but I think this is my pup’s favorite toy that he’s ever received. He took it immediately from the Amazon packaging and ran away happy that Mom surprised him. He’s not amused that it’s now hidden from him.

Be aware of what you're getting

Would have given this a much better rating if the product description was accurate. I don't understand why it's advertised as "Multi Colored" since the photos, which are accurate, clearly show that it's solid purple with no other color options. I wouldn't have bought it if I'd noticed that little bit of marketing weirdness, and since it's working so well for me I'm glad I didn't notice. But... yeah. Seller loses all credibility for me when the product description is inaccurate. Can't speak to its use for plantar fasciitis; I'm using it for neuropathic pain and numbness, and it works REALLY well for that. Super spiky, digs right in for deep stimulation. Such benefits may not be good for folks with sensitive feet. Not a design flaw but more just a natural part of the rolling process -- the roller sort of shifts sideways and goes its own merry way during use, so I'm constantly having to reposition it. Small inconvenience for the sake of getting some feeling back in my feet, but could be really annoying for someone will less ability (or patience) to make those adjustments. Another reviewer reported a strong, chemical odor. Mine has no scent whatsoever. Overall, I'd recommend this for those who need a good, stimulating foot rub. Just be aware that it's not a bit gentle... and it's all one color (heh).

Thought I would use…

Pretty good for deep foot massage

I have been suffering from plantar fasciitis on one foot for over a month. I needed something to really get a good massage of the plantar fascia, and this roller works well for that. I can control the depth of massage by how much pressure I put on it. It doesn’t hurt, but you can definitely feel it if you press too hard. I roll my whole foot over it, slowly increasing the pressure. I think it’s helping my pain (along with other methods like stretching and ice packs). The little bumps on the roller give a deeper massage than with the lacrosse ball I was using. I have also used it on my calf muscle.

Plantar Fasciitis pain gone in 5 minutes

I don't know more to say than my pain is 95% cured in just a day and a half of using this. I have had Plantar Fasciitis for 10 years in that time I have woken up virtually every day with a stiff heel and few tentative steps as I worked out the pain before my day. Some days after running, jumping, or other activities I would suffer through pain for a day or two before it stretched out and loosened up again. In this time I've tried night splints, foot stretchers, ice massage, supportive shoes, no shoes, you name it with middling results. Last month I went on a particularly strenuous mountain hike that left me nearly unable to walk the next day due to the pain. I tried each of my past methods, and each day I morning I would reduce the pain enough to walk, but have literally been in pain all day everyday. This monday I found this roller and decided to order it with my Amazon Prime account. The box was waiting for me when I got home Wednesday. I waited until right before going to bed and gave myself about a 5 minute long massage. First broad rolls from the heel to ball but not pressing to hard in tender areas. Then continuing back to front and front to back but working the outer ligament, then middle, then inner. At this point, I wasn't sure if the pain was going away or if I was going numb, but the last couple of weeks had already sucked pretty bad so I decided to take the chance that this was healing me. I 'very' lightly rolled over the most painful parts of my heel and then began vigorously rolling the area where my heel meets the length of the foot and slowly working each roll to the front of the foot. I imagined that I was pushing the pain and calcification out through my toes each toes. That's it. 5 minutes. Next morning no pain, so I repeated the 5 minute massage. Threw on my dress shoes for morning meetings. By lunch, a small amount of pain returned so I went barefoot in the afternoon. Thursday night, repeat massage. Friday morning, no pain except when I do a really deep stretch. After I type this I give myself another rolling massage. So long story short, I am no doctor. I am chronic pain sufferer for over a decade. In that time my weight has yo-yo'd as a byproduct of my inconsistent ability to do the exercises I enjoy. No amount of drugs, stretching, or any other treatment has ever worked this fast for me. So much so that for the first time in 10 years I think I may be able to run regularly again, and maybe play soccer with my kids again. (Of course now they are teenagers and I might lose, but maybe we can play on the same team now)

Great tool for plantar fasciitis

This is one of the tools that helped my plantar fasciitis, along with PT & dry needling. As a trail runner, I use it keep my feet flexible & the plantar fasciitis has not returned.

It really helps with plantar fascitis

I was pretty dubious about this as I've tried other products that have said they help with plantar fascitis. But this product had amazed me and it really does help. I work long shifts and am on my feet for most of them. The last while I've been so sore in the mornings especially to the point I can barely walk but since I've been using this every evening there has been a massive improvement and almost no pain in the morning. So I would highly recommend this product.

Plantar Miracle

I’ve had plantar fasciitis for three months or so. At the beginning the GP said take ibuprofen for two weeks and it should go. Three months later, changing footwear (which has helped the pain (wearing wide toe box shoes)), and doing some exercises and it hasn’t gone. I’ve also been using a lacrosse massage ball under my foot. BUT I’ve now had this roller for two days and I can honestly say that I feel like it is going to make my plantar fasciitis get better and hopefully go. It’s already a tonne better. Like a miracle, I whole heartedly recommend it 100%

GAMECHANGER for planter fasciitis

I took the lead from other reviewers and purchased this product and I am so glad I did! using it when standing around as I usually would - cooking, folding laundry, working from home on computer... has - along side my other measures (podiatrist's suggested strengthening routine) helped me out SO SO MUCH. I went from not being able to raise my big toe and incredible pain all day in my foot .... to now raising my big toe and being able to take a walk with my family and the dog!! With the colour as bright as it was and its typical chew toy presentation - I was worried that the Due North Rubz Foot Roller Massager would have my dogs stealing it from me. ???? this has not happened!! took the time I was informed it would take and arrived with no hassle!

Eases pain.

I bought this roller to help with my plantar fasciitis. It really helps to relax the fascia as the roller has different spike levels. This roller is one of the best gadgets I've bought to help my heel pain.

CANNOT THANK THIS PRODUCT ENOUGH

After having sustained a broken ankle over 12 weeks ago it left my tendons on my underfoot sore and inflamed. Within a couple of days of using this product I cannot believe the difference, I feel in less pain and discomfort. I’ve even started using on my good foot too. Cannot recommend this product enough I’ve added it as part of my daily physio regime. Grateful to have discovered this latex free product.
