Works well

Nice size, easy to use, love it especially for rolling out glutes, hamstrings and quads. I am new to using a roller and was curious as to whether this one would be too intense but it’s not. It’s just wide enough to comfortably roll out my back.

Hurts so good

Good for people who are acclimated to rolling. I wanted a bit more than the regular roller provided and this is a good next step. It’s more impactful on those pinpoint areas than need work and helps to break down the adhesions efficiently.

Best Foam Roller… period!

I have been foaming rolling for recovery for 15 years. I have 2 Trigger Point grid foam rollers and the rumbler. I wish I had bought the Rush years ago. This foam roller is just that much more effective. The Rush digs into muscles deep and the increased circulation is euphoric. I use it on my back, quads, calves and gluts. Be careful using it on IT bands, that might be too much. For IT bands I still use my 26” grid foam roller. The massage is intense but it hurts so good.

Very firm

I am liking this roller. It is very firm material so be aware if you want something a little softer. I lost my original triggerpoint roller (black). I think I probably prefer the black one to this but the quality on both of them is excellent and they will last for years.

Well made!

Bought this for upper back to work out annoying little kinks and to keep my uppee back muscles relaxed. Easy to use. I use it every morning or during commercials watching tv in evening along with floor exercise routines. I sit at a computer all day and find this tool so very useful. Very well made.

The best!

I have tried a bunch of these things, notably the Chirp set. While I do like the Chirp, nothing cracks like this does. I went on a business trip and this came with me. I will shout its praises to the stars!

Hurts so good

I had the original Trigger Point grid roller and was looking for a replacement. This was recommended and it’s terrific—much stiffer than the Grid, and it really helps my recovery from exercise. Highly recommended—but beware, it’s a pretty intense ride.

Good roller just a bit pricey

So I've used various rollers for years and this is a bit firmer to most. It does the job and is (in my opinion) a great colour. If you buy a separate strap its easy to carry too. It comes with basic instructions on how to use it ( as all the trigger point performance products do) which is great. Is it better then other foam rollers that they do....I'm not sure. If you want one which is slightly firmer and adds the extra of stretching the skin in different plains of motion then go for it but if you're just getting into rolling, then you're probably best with the standard roller they do. It would also save you a bit of money as this one isn't cheap either. Overall for the person who wants that bit extra from a roller then its a great product and would reccomend, otherwise stick with the standard.

Excelente producto

Good for bad DOMS

The rigid pattern helps you roll out knots and crack your back. I’ve tried other firm foam rollers before and this is the first i’ve liked. The first time i used it, it was very painful but each day it got better. I get bad DOMS from weight training so this is a great tool for me.
