Exactly what I was lokking for

I read all the reviews, but my bathmat came in as expected. It’s not bright white, it’s sort of an off-white. It’s heavy and it is definitely rubber. It has a lot of suction cups, which keeps it from moving around and my feet grip the mat securely. When I’m done with my shower I pull the bathmat up and hang it upside down on the edge of the tub to dry. I want to give the tub a chance to air dry before laying the bathmat down again. Simple and easy. Very happy with this purchase.

Is this an important Safety item to you? Want to not waste time and money? Want it to last and completely solve the safety needs? To stay put like glue reliably until cleaning times? Cushy on feet? This is Rubbermaid. Shop no further. I got the X-Large size, fits standard tub great. I went straight to the pros. Super good decision. Very happy I did. And I read (other product) reviews time and again that a product manufacturer changed how they make their product "since they bought it last", e.g. cheaper plastics, doesn't work as well now, etc. *To me* Not this Rubbermaid mat. Still the same thick cushy rubber, absolutely-stuck safe-for-the-impaired suction cups that I bought over the years. No surprises, no compromises, absolutely same great product, and safety issues fully covered in one motion. A mention: Ad says "White". I hesitated really, as I did not want white. This arrived in a "roll" like Rubbermaid mats do as I recall, but I don't remember what the color on the label said. But this mat to me is a "beige". For me, it was an upgrade. For those looking for stark "white", I would not know. I have a stark white bath, and I wanted a "beige-ee" color. So I am very very happy. Some things one can test stuff and take time finding what works, and then try again, etc. Other things related to true safety you count on first-picks and reliability. Thanks Rubbermaid, and Amazon.

1000% Positive Review

I have been wanting to write a review for months but haven't. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE this product! I'm so happy I finally found this!! I don't slip at all! No mildew at all!!! I've had this since September 2022 and it's now February 2023. This is my tip(s): I make sure it's secured on the sink before stepping on it (with or without water - for those moments you are in a rush). I ALWAYS, immediately, after I shower, once I have my towel on, hang it over the tub and let it air dry. And if it falls off during the day, because it has for me, I'll go back and make sure, I placed it correctly, and let it air dry again. 1000% fail proof. I'll post pictures later. I'm at work writing this review! I am 1000% happy!!!

i been buying these mats for several years from bed bath beyond. they closed the stores in my area, so i had to order from another seller. these are an updated version of the ones i have had, but they work just as well. the only difference i can tell, is that this one feels bumpy on your feet, where as the original was smoother. no big deal. they still stick well and keep you from slipping around.

Keeps me safe when I cowash my long, thick hair with conditioner in the shower

This works well to prevent me from slipping when the tub would otherwise be slippery from the conditioner I use in large amounts to wash my long, thick hair. I also bought washable bathroom rug runners to allow me to get in and out of the shower if I forget something, without slipping. I never worry about slipping anymore. This fits perfectly in the bottom of a standard modern tub so it would be very difficult to slip with this in the tub. I'd recommend it for anyone with small kids, older family members, a habit of washing lots of hair with conditioner (you use a lot of it at one time!), anyone with low bone density or balance issues, and anyone who is prone to accidents has muscle control issues or otherwise has risks of falling in the tub. There are many, many suction cups, so this stays put. I will say that the end of the mat sometimes slightly curls due to how it was shipped, but I might just put it in a shallow tub of hot water to let that settle down straight. You can put this up on the tub enclosure surface and probably on tiles to let it drain and be about of the way, but you should lay it out with the suction cups exposed after it drains so that the underside dries. That way, you can avoid mold forming on it. I haven't had any mold on it, but I don't have mold problems in my bathroom. If the bather is at risk due to balance, age, or health conditions, it might be better to leave it in the tub while taking baths. I'm only using it due to my heavy use of hair conditioner making my tub especially slippery. With this in the tub when I'm showing and washing my hair with tons of conditioner, it's not slippery at all. Note that I don't use this when I'm taking a bath. That's partly because I don't wash my hair when I'm taking a bath so I don't have a slipper tub in that case. Also, I prefer the smooth tub to sit on versus this textured surface and the suction cups. The only reason I didn't give this 5 stars is that it's darker than the ones I remember Rubbermaid making and thinner so that I feel the suction cups beneath my feet. So, it's not as pretty or quite as comfy. However, it doesn't show when you're in the bathroom, for the most part, and doesn't really clash with anything, and does its job very well. It blends into the environment and was a better price from this vendor than from the others I checked. It seems sturdy, and so I'm happy with it.

No es extra-grande como dice la publicación

Ningún problema con la entrega. Lamentablemente lo recibió mi mamá y lo abrió, por lo que no lo voy a poder devolver, pero el tapete no es de las medidas que dice 36" x 18" (91.44 x 45.72 cm), mide 40 x 70 cm. Deberían ser más honestos con las especificaciones que dicen o bien, poner atención en lo que mandan.

Excelente compra

Tengo un bebé de un año y ya es imposible bañarlo en la bañera de tijera porque se pone de pie y se volvió peligroso. Encontré este tapete, estaba dudosa si comprarlo porque habían otros más económicos pero al leer las reseñas me convencí. Lo utilizo para bañar a mi bebé en la regadera lo pongo en el piso y ahí siento al bebé y si se pone de pie no hay problema porque no se resbala. También lo uso en el jacuzzi y funciona bien. El tapete se sujeta perfectamente al suelo así que no hay peligro de deslizamientos. Al terminar de usarlo siempre lo sacudo y lo cuelgo para evitar que le salgan hongos. Una de las mejores inversiones que he hecho porque me siento tranquila a la hora del baño.

Great bath mat

This feels very secure. Although the mat in the photo looks white, the description says white, and the seller assures in the questions that it is white, the mat I received is not white. It is a cream/beige colour. But I was going for safety over style here, we are older and don't want to slip in the tub. This mat meets that criteria very well, it sticks very firmly and does not feel slippery at all. It also feels kind of cushiony under your feet because of all the suction cups it has. I am happy with my purchase.

tapis rubbermaid sois disant commercial

Le tapis a été acheté pour des questions de sécurités. Il nous été recimmandé par un ergonome du CLSC. Voilà qu'en novembre, il apparaît des taches noires dans le tapis. Taches qui ne s'enlèvent pas après bien des brossages avec un savon concentré commercial. Les taches s'apparentent à des taches causées par des champignons (spots noirs) ; au prix et à la qualité légendaire des produits Rubbermaid, je suis, on ne peut plus déçue et ne comprends pas comment telle réactions dans le tapis peuvent se produire dans un tapis qui est entretenu semaine apr;es semaine depuis son achat. Extrêmement surprise et déçue. Après avoir 06contacté le vendeur et Rubbermaid, depuis 3 mois, je n'ai ni rerçu de nouveau tapis et après avoir discuté du délai trop long de remplacement, j'attend depuis 6 semaines le remboursement du tapis en question

Excellent bathtub mat, expensive but worth it!

I bought another brand earlier and had to throw it out, because it had little to no suction, very slippery, and was too narrow. But this large 36"x18" Rubbermaid bathtub mat is excellent, real gripping power, covers almost my entire tub floor, and safe as houses. Very very happy. A heft price, but it is worth it for the total comfort and safety features it offers, so well made, no pending accidents here!
