Measure your iron first.
This is a great iron rack - or rather would be, if my iron actually fit in the thing. I don't blame the rack, I blame myself for not measuring first. I kept the rack; the iron kind of fits in it sideways and I can secure it with a ribbon. Maybe my next iron will fit better!

Not for chubby/thick irons
Shortly after getting this our iron "took a tumble" and died. Tumble as in the husby (aka man-child) dropped it. And technically the iron is still alive, but it makes it's annoying 'clicking on sound' every. 5. to. 10. seconds. Yes, every 5-10 SECONDS it's making that clicking sound like it's waking up and ready to get to work. It's incredibly annoying...thus, it's dead to me. Anywho - I replaced it immediately. I don't even think about the old one anymore. I'm kidding, I do think about it since I see it all the damn time because this thing is now my old iron's designated holder. My new one doesn't fit! I got a nifty one with an automatic cord winder-upper which makes the base of said iron fairly chubby. Chubby/thick irons don't even try to squeeze into this holder. There isn't any amount of adjusting or shimmying that is going to get yer thick iron thighs down into this skinny support! Sorry to say, it's not gonna happen, girlfriend. So, I essentially have an ugly piece of art on my wall that looks like an iron and an iron holder.

Nice for Hanging Iron
It is just what I wanted to free up shelf space in our small laundry area. Just the right size, looks nice, fits our iron. Happily I didn't plan to hang the ironing board on the hooks, which seem to me to depend too much on the bottom screws; and it is a bit dicey to screw in the bottom screws and keep the hook part in place at the same time.

Great iron holder for wall mount.
Got this iron holder for my wife after we stayed at a hotel that had it in the closetmounted on the wall. She kept complimenting about it, so that told me she wanted one. Supports our iron well on wall & the plastic is heat proof enough to set iron in it after use while still hot.

Saves space on ironing board.
Holds the iron well, but confused on how to wrap iron cable. Hardware does not include drywall anchors, it only has the screws.

Funcional pero solo para planchas pequeñas

Rubbermaid Iron Rack
Best ever iron and board rack. I can put away my iron hot. It is sturdy and the first one I bought 15 or more years ago is still going strong. When I needed a second station, I knew what to buy!
