Sturdy, 10 gal bigger than I expected, change fish tank water

Useful to contain dirty fish tank water during routined maintenance. I definitely recommend buying a DOLLY to roll this bin around due to the weight after being filled with water. Handles felt thick and sturdy for lifting Won’t know how durable this is until repeated exposure to summertime heat. Scuffs will show up with repeated wear & tear but—does this matter for certain uses? No. Not for my gardening/aquarium needs. What matters for me is that the bin is thick and sturdy enough to NOT crack under pressure or have leaky holes. Containers should contain. For now, great bin for various uses. Love the color options too! Imo expensive for what it is—but worth it because I have wasted money relying on buying crummy bins elsewhere. *Note: The Rubbermaid dolly (pricey ~$40ish but durable) does not fit the 10 gal Brute trash bin—refer to photos attached—the 10 gal will sit still above the dolly at the center base without wobbling everywhere (perfect). I am expecting that the 20 gallon will fit into the groove perfectly. Also, I am waiting for the 20 gal to roll water back and forth around my garden patio for watering as I have limited access to a water system & hose. Trying to see if this method of gardening routined maintenance will work long term.

Great product

Well made. This 10 gallon is like an office trash can, but for the garage. I use it for lite trash. If you purchased the one with the lid, super hard to remove. If you shave the lip on the lid, it was be much easier to remove. Many say a 13 gallon trash bag will work fine, but not the Costco Kirkland 13 gallon Flex-Tech drawstring bag. The bag isn’t big enough to wrap around the trash can opening. The depth of the bag is perfect. If someone knows of a perfect bag, please share the specifics rather than just “13 gallon”.

Pull Out the Measuring Tape

I looked at the measurements listed, but still missed the mark on what I was after. I recommend getting a good visual by opening an actual measuring tape to the dimensions listed for the size you THINK you need. I would have bought the next size up if I had done that. Rubbermaid is a great product though.

Blue Brute trash can

I love the small Blue Brute trash can. It's easy to handle and nice for recycling. And for my yard clippings. I love this. I only wish it came with a lid. Other then that I love this product and would order it again.

Perfect for what I needed

I have very little garbage and a big garbage can that isn’t easy to get to the curb. If I leave my garbage out at night, critters often get into it. This is perfect. It holds my weekly garbage, I can keep it in the basement, put my garbage in the night before pick up, take it to the curb with the lid secured. No hassle, no strewn garbage from critters. Don’t forget to buy the lid. It is a separate purchase.

Man This Thing is Expensive - Thankfully it Does Last

I can buy a 20 gallon Brute trash container with the lid for $38 bucks locally so $44 for a 10 Gallon trash container without the lid is very expensive but when that's the size you need ... that's the price you gotta pay. I've had three brute trash cans, the oldest is 14 years old and it still hasn't broke or cracked. These things last forever, I just don't know why the small trash cans are more expensive than the bigger ones. Overall - almost indestructible trash can at a hefty price. I would recommend this and I would buy it again ... I just wished the price was cheaper.

Great little garbage can

This little 10 Gallon trash can is just the right size for me to use indoors. I use it for dumping used pine pellet cat litter (sawdust). I don't have a lot of room in my apartment and this fits well in my bathroom. I also purchased the lid which works fine. I do like the choice of colours.

I love garbage cans , and this is exactly what I been looking for. I was beside myself with this one!! It’s exactly the same but mini. Fits in places you didn’t know you needed cleaning ????. Grab one today. I got 2 this size. Just handy !
