Stays on!
I’ve been using Rock tape for about 7 or 8 years now. This tape stays on for 6 to 7 days through sweating, swimming, and showering. I use alcohol to clean the skin before I apply it and a blow dryer to activate the glue. If I don’t then it stays on about 5 days. It’s the best kinesio tape I have used.

I have tried other brands of compression tape, none compare to Rock Tape. It’s strong and elastic; providing the right amount of glue to provide unmatched protection.

THIS IS THE BEST
I am a disabled veteran that is trying his hand at off grid and the homestead lifestyle. I work each day on our property and really do not have the time or desire to drive into the city for treatment. This Rock Tape has really improved my life out here, it has helped my lower back and shoulders without a doubt. I will tell you that when my Sister first told me about Rock Tape, I thought that I could do that same thing with duck tape, and I tried, but I assure you it does not work the same. This one product allows me the freedom to get my tasks done with out the extra pain. Best product for me!!!!

Good tape
Have a ligament sprain in knee wore this to support patella for a week and didn’t have to use brace for first time since injury. Really does a good job when placed correctly. Came with samples of rock sauce haven’t used that yet. This is a big roll but good to have if you use it a lot like I do. It can stick so finding a skin prep might be good idea if sensitive but the sticky parts do wash off.

Love this product
Have been using Rock Tape for quite some time. It a great product for active people. I have patella sublexation and use the tape to participate in martial arts class as well as hiking and jogging. As with any tape you are putting on your skin its a bit abrasive coming off but does not leave too much of the sticky tape behind that can't be washed off. I have tried a few other brands and keeping coming back to the RockTape. Only down side its a bit more expensive than the other brands. You do get what you pay for!

Perfect support for my muscles
I am on my 3rd roll of bulk tapes, so obviously it is working for me. I play field hockey and lawn tennis. I have a damaged knee and injured hamstring. I use the tape to support those muscles while playing and they are just right. My pain is non existent while playing. I leave them on sometimes during work time and the support for my knee while climbing stairs isn't excellent. I have already recommended this tape to many other athletes who are satisfied with the results. Non athletes may also use it especially older persons with "bad" knees. The key for best results is to have the area cleaned properly, no cream, no perspiration and no hair. If you have no one to assist you, check youtube for demos. There are some great demos on the tube.

Best tape ever
Others may be a little cheaper, but none is better. Adheres longer and does what sports tape is supposed to do - add support to prevent injury and to help stabilize areas when injuries do occur.

The best quality for Kinesiology Tape
Been using RockTape for more than 5 years now and me and my clients could not be happier. Indeed quite pricey; however, the quality and durability could not be matched by any other K-Tape brands.

Excellent tape for support
I use this for my back, it really provides the support I need for golf. Doesn’t ‘cure’ pain as people may think it does. However I feel my recovery is much more effective

Im Prinzip, ja... ;-)
Eines vorweg: Alles gut, ich kenne das Tape und bin wie immer damit sehr zufrieden. Schade war nur, dass im Beschreibungstext das Wort "wasserfest" steht. Das Band gibt es in zwei Versionen, normal und "extra sticky". Letztere Version ist besonders wasserfest verglichen mit der Normalversion. Wasserfest sind sie aber im Prinzip beide, nur die eine halt mehr als die andere. Ich habe hier aufgrund der Beschreibung auf die kräftiger klebende Version gehofft aber dann die normale Version geliefert bekommen. Nicht schlimm, aber halt verwirrend. - Daher der eine Stern Abzug. Verwenden kann ich in meinem Fall beide Versionen, das normale Band ist jetzt kein Show-Stopper. Für die Zukunft vielleicht einfach den Text präziser halten, das wäre gut.
