Good for smaller peppers
We used our new amazon purchases today to make up some poppers I'd picked out some of the largest peppers at the store. This worked pretty well but it did work better on the smaller peppers. You can't push enough out that it takes a lot of pushing to get a big one stuffed. I ended up using this to stuff the bottoms of the big ones and then a spoon to stuff the tops. This worked really well though on the smaller ones. Cleanup was super easy. I rinsed the cream cheese mixture out with no more effort than hot water on the spray stetting. The no stick plastic surface rinsed right off. A pretty darn good product.

Fast, Fast, Fast
Once you get your stuffing mixed this thing will load your peppers in a matter of seconds. I love ours!

Slow and messy, but does what it is supposed to do...
This funnel and ramrod will get the job done, but it is messy and pretty slow when working with a cream cheese filling. The filling sticks to the rod and each push slides it further up the rod. It does eventually get the job done, but I have since purchased a Cuisinart CTG-00-CP Cookie Press with 18 Discs which does the job much more quickly with a lot less mess. Sure, there's more to clean up but I have a lot more time to clean the press.

My family loves poppers and this makes it easy to stuff them nicely. I have to admit that if I am going for speed, I will probably go by hand. This isn't the fastest way to stuff a pepper but it is the neatest. My 12 year old can do it and she thought it looked cool.

Cool but not really necessary
I think this must have been a manic buy of mine. I mean it works but I feel like I can do the job just as easily without this tool.
