Sort of Crushes the Pills

I have several small pills that need to be crushed so that I can hide in my dogs food so that she'll take them. This pill crusher has little nubs that rub together but never seem to quite pulverize the pills enough. Bought another one elsewhere that does not have the nubs and is smooth. It's sort of like a pestle for herbs. This one does the job!!! The pill are pulverized like powder after I twist it about 15 -20 short turns. Love it and would not purchase the one with nubs. I can't recommend to buy this.

quality control issue prevents complete crushing

i've used pill crushers because allergies cause my throat to swell and i can't swallow hard materials, food or pills. every crusher i had before turned pills into a fine powder that i could mix with applesauce or similar soft foods. this one leaves hard chunks. it is because the lid with one of two grinding faces can only get close to the other grinding face y being screwed down, but the plastic rim of the bottle is too high. one can sandpaper the rim a few microns but the seller does not include instructions or sandpaper. why coul they not test each unit before packaging it??? use a grit smaller than 220 and wash and dry the grinder. and if that fails, have a monkey helpt to grind organs on the corner

Pill crusher

It was just what I needed. In fact I purchased 2. One I left in my daughters and the other I have home. It was easy on arthritic hands. Good price too!
