No problem at low pressure.
Two reviewers have criticism over poor regulation at low pressure, but I didn't have any such problem. I think this is an awesome product. FYI I'm using this with a home built propane burner which has a jet hole size of 1mm (think #60 drill bit). I tested the burner between 20 and 3 PSI (measured with 0-30PSI pressure gauge) and didn't have any problem. Didn't take much time to test lower than 3 PSI as my burner is kind of useless for my purpose when the pressure is that low. Another thing, about the fitting. This works with newer propane tanks. Cotton Sox is right, newer fittings on the propane tanks are designed such that the outer thread accepts ACME type 1 connector (bigger thing typically tightened by hand) and the inner thread accepts POL connector (this one). Note that POL has left-handed thread unlike almost everything you're familiar with. Every time I need to attach one of these to the tanks, my muscle memory automatically makes me turn it clockwise to screw it in. And every time this happens, for 0.1 second or so I'm like "OMG this doesn't get in, what the ...", and then I remember to turn it counter clockwise.

Took a bit to get the pressure regulated then worked great. Then after the 6th outing removed from grill
After installing this in line to our coaches lp tank to portable grill the installation went well. Took a bit to get the pressure regulated then worked great. Then after the 6th outing removed from grill , and headed home. We were parked and had been relaxing for about 45mins when noticed a hissing noise which at first thought was radiator issue but found it was the regulator leaking from I assume a weep hole. Just glad it didn't leak like that hole cooking. Could have been bad to say the least. No warranty after 30 days.

It's either on or off!
This regulator does an awesome job of putting fuel to the fire! The problem comes in when trying to turn the flame down really low. The valve works either on or off, I can't turn it down low enough for a small flame like you would want during lighting. I did however manage to bring my 100qt crawfish pot to a rolling boil in 21 minutes. Overall good product but you do have to keep a safe distance while lighting.

It does what it's supposed to do. I blew the first one but they sent the second in 2 days for minimal downtime. Can't ask for much more other than the first one failing but it was probably my fault for over pressurizing.

Cooking with gas!
I finally found a regulator with a PSI high enough to stop wasting propane while trying to bring water to a boil fast! Those regulators in the 5 to 30 PSI range just don't get the job done. This 60 PSI allowed me to boil water in a 30 knot wind and maintain it while boiling crabs. I'm buying 3 more so that I have one on each of my different types of burners.

Worked great! The ONLY solution for those of us with an old-style Coleman "High-Pressure" Propane stove, since replacement Regulators are no longer available from Coleman!

Building a Leach style stoneware kiln
Potters building a Leach type gas kiln, look no further for your regulator. I tried a diff one from a turkey cooker first, rated a 30 psi. Not quite enough flow for two burners. For my gutted electric kiln and two verturi burners, this is the right regulator. It's a rocket. Cone ten in four hours empty.

NOT A 60 PSI UNIT!!!
it works great but as I didn't see the reviews before I bought it, I too got suckered into thinking it was a 60 PSI unit. Fortunately the 20 psi works for me but Amazon HAS to edit the freaking description in the title!!!

Works perfectly!
Item works perfectly and is as described. The handle feels a bit cheap, but it has been working for now.
