Waste of time and money. Leaked as soon as turned the gas on the first time. I need to withdraw this review. After trying another regulator I found out a rodent chewed a hole in my line making the regulator sound like it was leaking, actually it was working as it should. Sorry for the premature bad review.

Great regulator, missing screws
This regulator is great - very simple and an exact replacement for mine. However, it has (4) threaded mounting holes (metric) and only (2) screws. I needed all (4) mounting points, so had to scrounge for very small metric screws. Thus, only 4 stars - with another (2) screws, I would have given it 5.

Works for Coleman popups, Adjustable
Review update, Match 2015 - Turns out the new regulator i received was not set at 11 W.C. I had to purchase a manometer to test it. I had a very hard time finding the info on how to adjust the pressure, especially when another review by a popular poster here said it was not adjustable. To adjust the Camco two stage regulator, you unscrew the blue cap, and turn the thin outer washer right to raise the pressure. The spring in there will also compress. I used needle nose pliers in the open position as a tool to turn the washer. My camper fridge works great now. Original review, August 2014 - Bought this for my 2011 Coleman Sun Valley popup camper because my Dometic 2193 fridge stopped working on propane but worked fine on 110 or 12V, even after cleaning out the burner assembly. At first I thought I had bought the wrong regulator because the stock one has a 90 degree bend on the outlet, but after looking at the old regulator, the bend screws off and can go on the new one. I couldn't quite get the bend to point the right way until i mounted it back on the camper and could gain enough leverage with an adjustable wrench to fully tighten it and get it lined up to the stock LP line. As far as I can tell, no leaks and I expect the fridge will work like a champ again. I probably should use some soapy water to look for bubbles around the regulator just to be sure though. Its on my to-do list.

Might be what these LP gas logs ($ tanks) always needed (but never suggested in manual nor by local experts)
So far DIY hasn't burned house down after replacing Single Stage regulator 698 believed to be 11WC output for 18" LP gas logs needing 11-14WC low pressure. Hopes for this replacement was NOT b/c present one was old/10yrs old but b/c the outside temps went into the teens (F) and 30-40# bottles would not empty completely w/o a warmer. Initial reactions: + For the first time ever, the high-low knob actually presents a slightly different height flame that ever before with the single stage regs. + For the first time ever (in ideal 65F weather) the most problematic to empty tank is SO empty seems like weighs same as a feather - This vent must always be pointed DOWN or be protected from elements stopping it up = a bit more installation time tweaking it (most require this but many in past had vent protected by design) Testing to come: will judge how empty regulator alone can empty tanks in the teens then apply warmers and mark results Caveat: didn't much of any useful advice/guidance from this/other sellers nor across the Internet, so consult your licensed/qualified propane personnel Installed Jan 19, 2018 and reporting 10 days later, no other regulator has emptied those 7&10 gallon tanks SO completely! Fewer trips to refill station! Brighter pilot flame, no more restarts! Flame heights differ from low to high ... for the first time! ... and it didn't cost much more than the cheapo reg. .... apparently made for BBQ grills or less demanding toys

Seems well built.
This replacement regulator seems better built than the one that failed. Not too thrilled that the package was broken into and a couple of screws taken out of their bag. Rating would have been better.

Super Easy to install
This regulator is a bit larger than the original one on my trailer, but works awesome. The old one was leaking so I ordered it right away from Amazon. Great price and fast shipping. The old one was a PITA to disconnect as the factory used pipe dope ( which I despise ) on the threads. Anyway, after a bit of a struggle, lol, I got it apart and used Teflon tape, which is far easier to dismantle if need be. Everything is great now!

Good value
Works as required, good value for the purchase price. Minor problem was it requires 4 screws to attach to my mounting bracket, only came with 2. The drilling template that comes in the packaging is clearly for 4 holes. Difficult to find 2 more that match the size and thread count.

well built product that is easy to install
Solid, well built product that is easy to install. Last year, the regular on my 91 Jayco blew leaving me to scramble for a replacement. I came across this piece and needless to say, I'm quite glad I picked it up. It was straightforward to install and didn't require any instruction. For my application, the holes did not line up with the existing mounting bracket but I was able to reuse the two top ones to secure it in place. I would have liked to see a mounting plate/bracket included however it wasn't a deal breaker (nor was there any indication that it was included). Pros: -Easy to install -Works well Cons: -No mounting bracket (I did not remove a mark for this as it was not supposed to be included) Overall this is a great product and a cheap replacement option!

Works well
The photo I posted shows it with the seperate cover attached but it works perfectly. My old gas regulator was seized and once I put this one on I had gas flow again! Perfect fit. I had to adjust my mounting bracket by drilling another hole but it wasn't a big deal.
