Awesome performance and easy to install. BTW, it works excellent too
I have a 24' car hauler with a CanAM SXS and all the camping gear towed by a Chevy Colorado Diesel. The first time I towed the rig (about 6000lb GVW) it swayed, bucked and scared the crap out of me. I researched many load distributing and sway control hitches, this looked the best. 45 minute install and I was good to go. The next trip, I hardly noticed the trailer. Another huge plus for me was the 'jack up the hitch and slide the tampered bars in place" feature. No chains, no strains on my back! The tampered bars are the key to this hitch being a winner. I highly recommend this hitch, I will never own any other.

Very robust hitch
In service with an (umm, at least) 7,000 pound trailer, driving from CA to NH in four days, the hitch is mostly silent and cancels all wagging and damps pitching very quickly. Even when we blew out a tire at 65mph on I80 it didn't affect the steering. First thing we noticed was a slight vibration, by then the first tire was shredded and the second had its valve stem ripped off by flailing bits. This resulted in no sway. I wonder how much the torsion axles had to do with that. This is a serious weight distributing hitch. I ordered the smallest, the 10,000 pound, for towing a 7,000 pounds trailer with a Jeep Grand Cherokee. When it arrived my wife and daughter had to team up to carry it a few feet into the garage, my wife couldn't even lift one end. All the hardware is substantial. There are some things they could have done better. The powder coating gets inside the threads on the bar that bolts onto the outside of the trailer frame. This makes inserting the bolts unnecessarily difficult. If you have a big enough tap, I don't, you can clean the threads out. You need a thin walled 1 7/8" socket and a short extension to tighten the bottom nut on the 2 5/16 ball. You are going to need a 3/4 drive torque wrench to get the nut to the required torque, and probably a long bar and a friend to stand on it. I wedged a huge adjustable against a 2x4 that protected the back of the truck. For the rest of the hardware 300 ft.lbs is over the capability of most 1/2" drive torque wrenches, and it will require significant effort even with a 30" long 300 ft.lb torque wrench. The trailer company I bought from said this was the best hitch they had ever seen. I towed the trailer home empty without load distribution, but in a cross wind. I had to be on top of the driving all the time. No relaxation. I fitted the load distribution hardware before loading it for the first time. The difference was amazing, everything improved hugely. The porpoising over bumps, and the tendency to wander, were both eliminated. It seemed to me like the noise was reduced too, I don't remember hearing the hitch rattling as much.

Great behind my 1/2 ton pulling 7700 pound loaded camper.
I purchased this hitch because I took my trucks towing ability right to the max when we purchased our new camper, a 2018 Keystone Hideout 27DBS. The dealer offered a cheaper chain set up hitch and I knew I didn't want a chain weight distribution hitch. I wanted an easy to use weight distribution hitch that had builtin sway control that I could back up with with out unhooking the sway control. I have a 2005 F-150 Lariat crew cab 4x4 with tow package and 3.73 gears with 18inch tires, that gives my truck a 8700 pound towing capacity. I took this hitch with me to the dealer to pick our new camper, they set it up in like 5 minutes and I watched. They didn't care "how much weight it transferred" or "measure anything" while hooking it up. I took notice of that and knew I would be setting it up at home. Once home, we packed the heck out of the camper with everything our camper needs, than I went about setting up the new hitch myself. The Reese set up video is great, setting this up is really easy if you have the required tools. I set it up myself, I have tons of tools, so that was easy for me. If you don't have 1 1/4 inch sockets and wenches you can not set this up at home, find that buddy who does and call him. I went to a level spot and commenced setting up the hitch with our loaded camper, really loaded, probably over loaded. I also made sure the truck had the bikes, coolers, and grill in the back and a full tank of gas. Once set up properly the truck set nice and level and so did the camper. Going down the road slowly on our back county road you can hear the moaning and groaning of the hitch which is good, I heard almost none coming home from dealer. On our 1st trip (D.C. 4th of July 2017) though the hills of PA on 81 we had high winds and 18 wheelers flying by all the time. I felt them a couple of times, they really rock the travel trailers usually, but the sway control on this hitch was super and being set up properly it had very little bounce on the truck. I feel very comfortable towing my 7700 pound loaded camper behind our 1/2 ton truck with this weight distribution hitch with sway control.

Good price, bad packaging
Fist off, the packaging was horrible, parts were protruding through the box at both ends. Minimal taping and the shipper sent it in the factory box. Needed to be double boxed or at least taped up better considering weight. Luckily the hardware pack was still in the box, but was falling through a hole at end. If the packaging was better would have given 5 stars.Have not hooked unit up yet so do not have any opinion as to performance. Construction quality looks good, all hardware included. Installation is easy. Only draw back as compared to my old chain system, the load tension cannot be adjusted on the fly. The tension is dependant on the installation set up. My old system allowed me to adjust tension by increasing or decreasing chain links. I did not have sway control before so hoping this works as described. Has gotten good reviews on Amazon and E trailer.

Good Upgrade
I replaced an old chain style weight distributing hitch with this unit. It is easier to hook up and the integrated anti-sway control is a lot more effective than the friction bar on my previous hitch. The spring bars are a little more "springy" and cushion the ride better when going over bumps and uneven ground. I installed it myself and found the installation to be simple and straight forward. I have been very pleased and would recommend this hitch as a worthy upgrade to the old chain style weight distribution hitch.

Major design problems
I bought this hitch not knowing much about them Thought the design was good easy ,to install ,made by a reputable company . Expensive ,! I found that to get the right tension (or lift) on the leveling bars required you to use your power jack to the point we’re you had to lift back end of the truck almost The supply a lift Handle bar but with a low clearance trailer like an airstream you can not get under it to lift spring bars in place without hitting the ground The innovative friction pad or brake pad came broken in half in shipping I glued it After first five days of towing removing the bar another one broke Looks like they may be able to take downward pressure but not from the edge Which you expose them to putting on and removing the spring bar Major design flaw Also small things like bolts not long enough to travel all the way through nut in a frame hangers Show little or no attention to design Also the spring bars seem to be alarmingly wearing against each other at the hitch side Although it seemed impossible to get the truck and trailer level ,And although all assembly very low to the ground —- it did tow all right I think breaking friction pads are a real problem make it functionally useless tow hitch
