Works good
I put this in my SxS and it works well. I barely have to turn the power up to make this sound good even in this application. I have had a lot of people tell me how good it sounds, and some say it sounds better than their car stereo. The installed stereo that came with my SxS had two speakers mounted in the front doors but didn't have any punch at all. The sub for the installed system was way too expensive and not highly rated either. This sub added the punch I needed for a fraction of the cost. I would buy again.

Works as good as expected
Very good bass for the money. Slim design made it very way to install under crew cab seat. Didn’t have to remove any of the factory panels. My only complaint is the size of positive and negative connectors into the amp are very small. If running larger gauge wires you will need to trim to fit in the hole for connections. Don’t like this style battery connections. Very hard to keep the wires inside the connection. And connectors are very close together. I would suggest running or soldering the end together so loose wires don’t accidentally make contact between wires.

Powered Subwoofer

Surprisingly loud!
It installed in my boat very easily, I did the entire job while my kids were swimming at the sandbar. I was surprised with the output, it’s certainly very loud and makes my older boat sound like a cool wakeboard boat with a fancy system. I am not completely convinced with its timing, meaning I felt like it was slightly off from my other speakers. I played with the 180 button but it didn’t really seem to change much. In terms of big base from a small package with an easy install, it gets an A+ and I like the base control remote knob, I keep it in my glove box and when I turn it all the way down, I can pretty much turn it off - like if you want to cruise with some older folks who aren’t feeling the bass.

Quality Exterior, sounds good
I like the quality exterior of the subwoofer, although I had to return/replace the first one after 3 weeks, quit working. It was installed in my UTV/SXS, it sounds good!!

Solid but not very loud
This was to add bass to the stereo on my golf cart, I am disappointed with the volume, but it is an open air install and I’m sure that is detrimental to performance.

It works
The sub is fine. It isn't something that just anyone should try to hook up. I got a backyard mechanic. It's behind my backseat. One of my seats in the back is always down for my pet so my trunk is open to the front. That may be why this install works for me. It adds bass from the back. Which is what I wanted. It can be loud but I think it's more for balancing out those tinny 6×8 rears. At least for me. No complaints except the price is stupid. You have to take some small covers off to hide and find wires. Plus this is enough power to start a fire so make sure you use the right Guage wire. 6 is fine. All you need for this is 12 feet of 6 guage welding wire and 10 feet of speaker wire. And a connector end. You have to know soldering. You have to hook a control wire into your head unit. Thats over my head. Also make sure to install the control knob somewhere that allows you to relax when reaching for it. You will use it alot. I dont regret getting it. Goodluck.

Little thing smacks
I have this thing as a sub in my truck and it rattles my door if I crank it up but still sounds awesome if I turn it down
