STOP!......Hamma time!
Stock pads for my DIY ebike frame and wheel set up were almost useless. The added weight of the battery and hub motor made quick stops at 25 to 30 mph impossible. These pads are legit game changers. Night and day difference!!! I can stop now!!!! Quickly too!!! Imagine these on a regular bike that's about 50 lbs lighter!!!! Good stuff man!!! Momma don't cry now when I leave the house. I highly recommend you try a set. Fyi.....keep the elongated ends point to the back of the bike.

Good replacement brakes
Replaced a set of older Promax V- brake pads with these. Was pretty easy and quick. I don't ride often so we'll see how long they last.

Worth it for the price, but...
These brake pads are fine, but they tend to wear down very quickly. They will stop you from rolling into oncoming traffic, but you should be checking them at least weekly to ensure that there is still some of the pad left. I ride my bike to work every day about 2 miles and expect that I will need to replace these once every two months if I choose to continue with the brand. Why would I continue using these brakes if they wear down so easily? Because they're cheap! I really could not come close to beating this price. Plus it only takes a couple of minutes for me to change them out myself. All in all, if you don't mind working on your bike and changing out pads frequently, then I would recommend these. But if you do mind it, consider something else, or, better yet, buy disc brakes!

Fine Replacement
The brake pads that I replaced had a somewhat shorter braking pad. This fit fine. Although I was replacing the front pads, I installed these longer ones in the back and moved the back ones to the front so as to have more braking in the rear of the bike and avoid throwing anyone over the handle bars. Worked fine, No squeal.

Excellent quality.
I wasn't sure about off-brand brake pads, but these are even better than the originals on my Trek bike, with grooves to clear water/debris and reduce erosion of the rims. Can highly recommend.

Replacements for my DiamondBack.
I only got these as they are almost identical to my DiamondBack OEM breaks. Didn't need anything fancy. They stop well enough for me to raise up my back tire...truly does stop on a dime! I cannot comment on wet performance however. I live in the desert so I wasn't really too worried about this. At least they don't squeak dry! Haha, that would drive me insane.

Not sure if this replacement will work.
I’m replacing the three segment pad on the right with the five segment pad in the packet. Not sure if that’s right but they’re both marked ‘for alloy’. At the moment they’re not as effective but I’ll see if they bed in and come back to you. Anyone know if this is right?

Brake pads that work
Direct replacement for old parts Work perfectly

Work fine but seem quite a lot thinner than original
These are good value cheap brake pads, they were easy to install and work OK. Only con really is they seem quite thin, so may not last as long as the originals on the bike did, but time will tell. At this price they're good value anyway.

Metal in pad.
One pair lasted 30 minutes into my ride. Then a grinding noise started coming from the back wheel There was a piece of metal in the pads. I had to stop and dig it out. Definently was from the factory. What a great way to wreck a rim. I have another pairs installed on a different bike. I will need to inspect them before riding. I'll update this if I find the same thing.

They stop the bike well
They wore out waaaay too quickly. The grip well, but they we've half gone after two rides
