Perfect for flat bar fitness bikes to give you different hand positions
These bar ends are easy to install. The shifters and brake levers need to be pushed inwards on the handlebars about 1 cm to make room for the width of the bar ends. They give you the ability to vary hand positions on flat bar road and fitness bikes. They prevent sore hands, carpal tunnel, and are good to flatten your back out for a short time with headwinds. They really give powerful gripping power for climbing. Love these bars and they are very lightweight. As an avid cyclist, Highly recommend!!

Seem to be garden variety bar ends, which is just what I wanted. Went on with no problems.

Could have got 5 stars if the top was longer but I'm glad I can still get them after all these years. I did have some 25 years ago that were better but they no longer exist and this is my second purchase of this brand and they are good enough. The color of these match my bike and handlebars so they look like they belong there. They allow me to sit up taller ever once in a while to relieve fatigue that comes easier as I get older

Nice shape
I like the shape and size. Gives several different hand positions. Also handy for flipping bike upside down for maintenance without removing computer and phone mounts. Losses a star because the logo cant be removed. I hate paying for things then being used for free advertising. I prefer a more simplistic look... not the NASCAR logo look.

Good bar end
This works as it should. I actually put them in reverse to give me a relaxed cruiser stance on my mountain bike when my wrists need a break from the forward stance. I got the idea from other reviewers, and thought that’s genius. Good product!

Look good. Good geometry. Feels solid.
These have a good angle, and length to help you set more up right. I talked them to a normal snug feeling, and they have not moved at all. They look good and feel solid.

Made Bike Rides Less Tiring and More Fun
I was doing a 150 mile challenge on my mountain bike and after 30 minutes I used to feel strain on my shoulders and neck. I was looking for something that would aid upright ride on trails with less traffic. This was my first try and it worked out PERFECT. I would request the seller to provide install instructions on how to remove existing handle grips. I used screwdriver and WD40 to loosen them.

Not for big hands!
Whilst the shape is ideal for if you want to pump your pedals and speed along the road on your hardtail mountain bike, because of it's curvature none of the straight sides on these bars are long enough for my hand size. SO if you have small hands this is ideal, if you have big hands I recommend a different pair. Adding grip tape may help but the sharp bends in it made the grip tape stick out in places making it not a very aesthetically pleaasing option so I removed it.

Improved the whole biking experience
I bought these for my 2002 Devinci Rio after considering switching to drop bars and I'm glad I went with this option. They were really easy to install, very sturdy, product feels like quality. Also they don't say it anywhere in the description but there are endcaps included with the bar ends for your stock bar, which was really nice because I'm missing one. The tube these are made of is slightly larger diameter than the handlebar, to allow people to use them without any grip or handle tape I assume. My stock bar grips were getting really old and falling apart so I tried blending the bar ends onto the handlebar with handle tape, it turned out great. Also one thing to note is the clamping area on these is quite narrow, compared to other bar ends I've seen they seem much easier to fit and the clamp area flows beautifully into the tube piece, rather than being a rough welded construction like other alternatives. Overall very happy with my purchase, they give a lot of hand position options and allow for much more natural positions when going fast or climbing a hill.

Excellent bar ends, would recommend
So glad I got the bent top style as it gives more positions for hands Solid, have not shifted after 200km anyway. Comes with bar end plugs which was icing for this great purchase. Install Tip: Loosen off any items on handlebar rock back and forth to move in if bar is fat or anything stuck. The grips can be tricky to move inward, but twist as you go, or use soapy water it helps.
