Amazing!!

I had a different waist trainer that was slip-on and this 1 is SOO MUCH BETTER. Velcro is quality hold, tummy is sweaty after even just wearing around the house, which is what I wanted. Very satisfied I’m on day 2

Very Generously Sized. Moderate Compression.

This is slightly wider than I anticipated, so getting it at a comfortable spot took a few tries, but once it was in place it was comfortable enough. It is very long, so the size it will fit covers a wide range. When used while cleaning, walking, or working out it definitely heats you up and brings about a sweat. It gave moderate compression, helped with posture, and gave a slight slimming effect. I would describe it more as a sweat-style waist trainer than a corset type. Well made, very sturdy, and no issues with the stitching. Easy to clean and store.

Not impressive item for exercise and appearance

I wanted to try this out to see if it would approve my appearance and help me reshape while exercising as part of diet plan. It did not fit comfortably, and all I could figure is that it made my skin sweat underneath the fabric. A glass of water afterwards and I was back where I started. Disappointing

Did not work well for me

Perhaps my expectations were too high but after using this daily for a couple of weeks I didn't notice any difference. It does seem to be good-quality construction and I can see how it would work well for some, it just didn't work well for me.

Makes You Sweat A Lot!

I’ve been looking for a waist trainer that will increase the fat burning on my stomach and one that is easy to wear. You see, I’ve started a new cardio regime and need all the help I can get. I use this trainer while walking on a treadmill, I think that this is the optimal use because it’s not restricting etc. This waist trainer is very comfortable and easy to use. It is made of neoprene fabric and the waist trainer has a plastic structure that provides back support. In terms of sweating, I use a fat burning cream underneath the sauna belt and boy do I sweat a lot. I feel that if I keep using this that I will definitely be losing inches off my stomach. I definitely recommend this belt for anyone who wants to trim their stomach and waist. Thanks for reading my review. I hope it helps make your decision easier

Good simple waist trainer

I’m not a small chick so I bought an XL and it’s almost too big haha. Luckily the Velcro goes all the way around it! Has good support and it’s not scratchy or uncomfortable. Would recommend to anyone that is looking for a waist trainer for daily use or workouts

Nice product for back support

While I disagree that this product helps you to ‘lose belly fat’, I did not order it for that purpose. It will *not* make you lose belly fat… it will make you sweat, and you may notice a temporary reduction in weight/size due strictly to the water loss, but I can assure you that it is only temporary. Having said that… I ordered this product to provide back support while I exercise. I walk… A LOT… and lately I have increased my distance to about 8-10 miles per day. I found that after about 5 miles my back starts hurting and I ordered this product hoping it would help with that issue. Turns out it does. You can wrap the trainer as tightly or loosely as you prefer, and can also position it so that it provides support where you need it (in other words, it doesn’t have to be positioned strictly around your ‘waist’). My back issue is more of a mid back issue so I actually wear it slightly above my waist. It will definitely make you sweat but it actually feels good - the combination of the compression and the heat provide some welcome comfort to my back. It is very light weight, and also inconspicuous - so you can easily wear it under a shirt and no one can tell you are even wearing it. I am pleased with the product as far as it providing the back support that I was looking for… if that is your main purpose then I think you will be happy with the product… just know that it will not help you ‘lose belly fat’!
