work better than my $600 night guard
Can't give 5 stars because it's not 100% comfortable, but I do have to say it seems to keep me from having jaw pain during the day, whereas my $600 plastic night guard from the dentist actually makes me grind MORE. Anyhow, I got used to it quickly, and hopefully it's gonna save me from more TMJ pain and from getting another tooth extracted.

I've been a teeth grinder for as long as I can remember. I've tried a variety of night guards over the years, but none of them have been quite right. They were either too bulky, too uncomfortable or didn't fit well. I was recently given the opportunity to try the Plackers Grind No More Night Guard, and I'm so glad I did! This night guard is everything I've been looking for. It's thin and comfortable, it fits perfectly, and it does a great job of protecting my teeth from grinding. One of the things I love most about the Plackers Grind No More Night Guard is that it's ready to wear right out of the package. There's no need to boil it, mold it, or adjust it in any way. It just slips right on and is ready to go. The Plackers Grind No More Night Guard is also BPA-free, which is important to me. I want to be sure that I'm using a product that's safe for my health. Overall, I'm very impressed with the Plackers Grind No More Night Guard. It's the best night guard I've ever used. If you're a teeth grinder, I highly recommend giving it a try. Pros: Thin and comfortable Fits perfectly Does a great job of protecting teeth from grinding Ready to wear right out of the package BPA-free Cons: None that I can find!

Best choice for me out there so far…
I have tried several brands of these types of products. I grind at night and suffer from TMJ pain without a barrier to stop myself. Most are too bulky and uncomfortable. I came across this product while reading a review in another competitors version and thought I’d give it a try. I love them and my hubby has started using them as well. My only issue is where it rests across my gums along my top teeth seems to be causing a receding gum line… I can feel it rubbing and I can’t keep it in upside down on my bottom teeth- so top is my only option. I’m not certain this product is causing it or not- but I’m very careful on how I brush so as not to cause this issue. Swapping to these is all I can think of that may be the source. Just beware if you notice a similar issue to talk to your dentist before continuing to buy these…

EXACTLY same price as Dollar Tree-- think they don't know that
I've been using these for years, rather than the $400 ones the dentists want to make me. they work just fine. and these work just fine-- but i do think it's interesting that the online price is EXACTLY the same price as the dollar store one-- of course, both CEOs live in 10 million dollar residences. i bought these on line to save a trip to the dollar store-- EXACTLY what they thought people would do. am i a smuck or what?

Returning customer
I understand it says do not use with braces or retainers, so use at your own risk! I have retainers I wear to bed at night so I don't reverse my 6k 2 years in braces, however I am a teeth grinder and am ruining my expensive retainers so I started using these in November over my retainers. These are great my retainers are no longer rubbing together and wearing eachother out to the point of cracking! Will continue to use these. (I have a very small mouth so I don't have any issues with the size or length of these)....I reuse for about 2 to 3 weeks depending on the amount of my grinding, I toss them in my ultrasonic cleaner daily that I use for my retainers to keep them clean and sanitized.

These definitely didn't fit me. It kept moving around in my mouth, and rubbing against my upper front gums. Too bad.

Teeth grinder
My dentist doesnt like the way I grind my teeth, so I got these. Takes a little to get use to, you can wear on top or bottom. They are suppose to be disposable, but I keep a small glass pyrex in the cabinet next to my bed and I put mouthwash in it with cover. When I wake in morning, I put it in there. Then when I have some collected in there I wash everything in hot water and completely air dry on dish towel and keep them in a zip log bag in cabinet beside bed. Works for me....

Potential choking hazard
Terrible. One size does not fit all. These are small and flimsy. Because they are made of soft flexible material they don't stay in place, and as such are more likely to be a choking hazard than a cure to grinding my teeth. They do not fit in place as per the diagrams in the description. You might as well just put a rubber band in your mouth, it'll be the same. Although the contents of the box have not been used and are individually sealed, because I have opened the box I can not get a refund. Waste of money with a bad description. I can not recommend these to anyone at all.

Stopped my grinding
I used an app sleep recorder and found out that I really make loud grinding sound. Similar to a creaking door that opens and closes. It took me a while to find out it was the sound of grinding teeth. Then having this guard this sound stopped. For my teeth it’s perfect and it doesn’t move and stays in place. I was unsure after reading some reviews here. But I guess mouths are different and it actually fits perfect. Also I notice when I put this guard in my mouth I also stop clenching my jaw. I also have less issues with jaw “muscle” pain which I also tend to have. Anyways, it does what the box says. I am wondering how often I actually can use this. Ideally find something that doesn’t require me to throw away after few uses.

Not Great
2nd night woke up to no guard in? Turned out I was lying on it. My concern was if it came out without myrealising, it could have gone the other way. Decided that these were not for me.

This works
I am a woman with a smallish jaw and a real issue with grinding both day and night, and this is the first thing that has helped. I spent £200 + on one from the dentists and other solutions that needed you to mould to your teeth it just isn't possible for me to sleep in those or wear it for any length of time. So relieved to have finally found something that works for me. I would recommend this.

Stops my teeth grinding
Do I have a problem grinding my teeth when I sleep? YES! I cracked my tooth! I had bought others before. Even had one specially made but they were so big I spit them out in my sleep. Found them on my pillow. These are small, easy to rinse off after the night's use and because of their size, they don't bother me as they stay in my mouth!
