Yea! Made in the USA
I was pleased to pay extra to get some plyers made in the US. Really not that expensive when you consider inflation. Nicely made and well finished, EXCEPT: All the edges were very sharp and capable of wounding the operator. I took my Dremel and demurred all of the sharpies on the edges of the plyers. Buy them for quality but do the demurring that the factory omitted.

I love these plyers
These are great plyers. They are a little smaller. Which I like. Gets into tight spots easily. Very comfortable in the hand. This will be my second pair. Lost my old pair ???? but like them so much I replace with the exact pair.

Very nice
These were spot on jaws line up perfect I've seen some on the shelf at home Depot that had bad grinds and uneven tips... I'd buy these in person if I was you just to make sure you get a good pair but mine were perfect

Stiff when new but losen up with some use.
Can't go wrong with channel lock pliers. Always seem to be a great value. Not the cheapest or the most expensive, but they last forever if you don't abuse them. I got this one because I misplaced mine. I knew the only way to find it was to buy anogther. Two days after receiving this I found my orginal one. I like these because the grips are comfortable and don't seem to be effected by most or any typical automotive related chemicals. They also don't get sticky or brittle over time. They are nicely machined and align well too. good warranty and customer support if you need it too.

Lack of Quality Control is Atrocious, Factory Seconds? [UPDATED]
UPDATE: To the credit of Amazon, and their automated and streamlined return process, I have since received a new pair of pliers two days after having made the request for replacement. The new tool is not exactly an exemplar of attention to detail, but they do appear to be solid and entirely functional. I hope it gives me years of dutiful service, and I can rest easier knowing I have supported my fellow countrymen by buying a US-made quality tool. I am knocking a star off though, since surface rust was present out-of-box -- I don't buy tools to have something pretty, but not adequately oiling tools to be stored long term is just generally ill advised. I am leaving the original review too, in order to encourage others to give Channel Lock a second chance, should they find themselves in the same predicament as mine. After all, these needle noses where the only quality issue I've ever had out of all the various Channel Lock tools I own and love. I'm to the point, 20+ years later, that the tools I inherited from my pops are all wearing out and becoming unusable (some of which he inherited from his pops!). I strongly believe in buying quality tools once, rather than repurchasing cheap crap in perpetuity. To that end, I went to Amazon for a solid US-made tool, Channel Lock. However, I'm sitting here looking at a pair of their 6" needle noses, that appear to have been dressed and finished by Helen Keller herself. These things are horrendous: uneven grindings, off-center tips, uneven tips, grossly off-center profile, mismatched close, greatly gapped close, and excessively stiff. I couldn't believe that such a highly regarded company had produced such a piece of garbage that actually made it out the door, and so spent a couple hours researching others' experience in this regard. Many of the professionals noted that Channel Lock seem to have a difficult time producing consistently high quality needle noses in particular, both bent and straight. Among many complaints on various websites, was actually another Amazon reviewer, that posted this gem for his 8" variant: "On a side note, after buying several Channellocks of various types from Amazon, its becoming clear that Amazon has become Channellock's outlet for "factory seconds" (created by employees in training?) Every single pair I see on the store shelf is near-perfectly finished, and every single pair I get from Amazon is oddly ground somehow, enough that I would pass on it in-person at a regular store. YMMV" I guess that's now my experience too, how disappointing! Though, to be fair, I did just take receipt of a model 548 from Amazon, and honestly, I love that tool more than what's probably appropriate, or at least more than what my wife can ever understand. I do have a couple more Channel Locks coming, and I truly hope this isn't a trend with what appears to be factory seconds. (UPDATE: I've since taken receipt of a model 436 too, and is proving a good work mule) This specific pair will be going back to Amazon ASAP, and I will report back with the replacement. (On an aside, many professionals seemed to sincerely believe that Channel Lock et. al. have moved to laser engraving their markings vs. stamping, in order to make it difficult/impossible to utilize warranty programs. That is, if one doesn't know who made the tool at the time of it breaking, since the markings would've long worn off, one wouldn't know who to go to for a replacement. So, is that simply conspiracy theory? Perhaps, but still an interesting angle I thought I'd impart, since the notion was entirely news to me.)

Crooked
Disappointing machining on these. They weren't even and had a gap in them

great but not finished perfectly.
great pliers. very well machined and thought out. has a hard stop when opening. no cutter which is my preference for pliers. not much slop when rotating handles. very very nice tools for the price. i used 1500grit sandpaper to polish them up a bit. makes a big difference.

Excellent
Well made quality tool, you get what you pay for.

good tool
good solid tool the minor flaw is that serrations are done only at the very tip of the jaws, the 80% of the jaws are smooth. Keep it in mind when purchasing

Channellock makes great pliers
If you’re willing to spend 2-3x as much for a 5-10% improvement, NWS or Knipex could be your poison. If you want to pay 50-60% less for a tool that is 1/2 as good, buy Mastercraft, Stanley or Irwin. Channellock is the happy medium. Will last a lifetime without draining your bank account.

does not have a cutter
These are nice ,unfortunately I didn't read the description fully. I needed a pair with a cutter these do not have them . The quality is good and the price was right . Shipping was fast as well. I opted to keep any ways.
