easy to attach
Pieces are easy to shred and to attach to bow strings, really helps silence bow.

I found two this style for half the price on Amazon. Not a good deal at all and quality not that impressive.

They Work!!
I have tried so many string silencers over the years.... And here I am, going back to the old school style. The other ones just don’t hold up for me and I’m having the replace them more often than I really feel like I should be. These hold up a lot better! And they work! I will just continue to get these when it comes to string silencers. Done with all the other slip on styles. Tieing these in correctly is just as easy to do and will hold up better.

With all the new "technology" on the marker cat whiskers seemed like old Tech. But after I switched to a Winners Choice string on my Switchback XT the vibration noise was bad . Tried monkey tails , string leaches & one other brand with no affect . So I Followed some of the newer ways to in stall cat whiskers on YouTube . surprisingly my bow is DEAD silent now . Even the Bow Techs @ my local archery shop were surprised @ what a difference these made compared to some of the newer, bigger brand name options . & the red , fits the exceserise color i chose to deck mine out in. THANKS . I'm grateful !!!

Quiet
Mine definitely aren't perfect as this was my first time installing them myself but I love them. I watched a YouTube video on how to install them and after doing so I noticed the next time shooting my bow the string was a lot quieter. I think these look better than most of the other string silencers out there and work better as well.

Silence is golden, and cheap too!
Okay, I'm a recurve lover. So I bought this new OMP. It's a real sweet shooting bow. Very consistent...But it had this really alarmingly loud "THRAAAAANG!" when I shot it, and a pretty nasty vibration. So I got the calf skin string notch pads and it cured 90% of the vibration, but it was still a little too noisy. Now, I've tried all kinds of different whiskers,and puffs,and leeches, but these are the best. Their water proof, long lasting, and it doesn't seem to kill my string speed like some of the other big puffy ones. NOW, the bow does a nice quite "thrwooof" that can't be heard from very far off...great product. Great price. And I don't care much for ornamentation, but they look pretty cool to!

A great addition to any bow.
This is an excellent addition to my PSE prophecy. It does silence the string and looks really great. It is best to place the bow in a press and add between the strands for a more secure hold. Instructions are on you tube for installation if you haven't done this before. This can be done without a press.

Had horrible string twang on my Switchback XT with Winners Choice string. After 4 Mathews licensed shops told me everything is fine , it's not that loud. Just deal with it! I took off the monkey tails & string leaches & tried these. I was Pleasantly surprised to hear my bow whisper quiet like it should be. This is old technology but , WOW do they work. There's a couple UTube vids showing how to install them easily & they look cool.
