Great device for hammer toes
I've got all the available versions of this device - triple, double and single. The triple works by strapping down three of your toes (it does not go over the big toe) with elastic loops threaded through a thinish, sightly cushy, fabric covered pad. If I have to wear closed toe shoes, then I generally put one of these on in order to keep the knuckles of my hammer toes flexed down away from rubbing against the top of my shoes. It takes a little practice to get the hang of putting them on and having the loops tight enough but not too tight. I find I can wear them for hours but eventually they have to come off! Still, as part of addressing my hammer toes, together with good, roomy toe bed shoes, it is an essential. If you have trouble putting them on, try a move where you're pressing down the knuckle and pulling up the tip of the toe at the same time as you are sliding the loop on. In terms of durability, the edges fray and flake but that's only to be expected with use.

Generally Good but not for Serious Pain
I found these to be somewhat helpful. I did have some trouble getting my toes to stay in the spaces and a little difficulty getting the strap to hold. As others have said, the cushion on the bottom could use more cushion or perhaps a better foam. However the pain in the balls of my feet were bad enough that I would try anything. I ended up using them on the days I wore shoes with a good built in arch support. If I wore any shoes were I needed the strap on supports you could not use both as they overlapped and made a lump. Of course when you are using multiple helpers to stay upright it's time to visit the foot doctor which I am doing next week. These may work just fine after laser treatment or if I am lucky, I might not need anything. They are certainly worth a try if you are having mild ball of foot pain and your toes are just starting with that leaning towards their neighbor.

oh well...
This is a good product but somewhat flimsy although it has to be thin and comfortable. I used it at night and had to tape it onto my foot to get it to stay on. It also takes a lot of patience to adjust the loops to get it on and if your toes swell after you put it on, you have to make sure you readjust it . Pain in the neck. If it was perhaps made out of a fabric covered flexible plastic that is slightly padded the way this is, it would be more durable, and the product would last a lot longer. It needs another adjustable strap to keep it on you feet. It would also be better if it had adjustable straps for each toe instead of having to readjust them all and being flimsy made out of easily damaged materials, it takes no time to wear the thing out or damage it beyond wearing. In the end, my toes are so atrophied and curled this won't work for me anyway.

Good Attempt at Solving Difficult Toe Issue.
I have some difficulty getting these to stay in place when I put a shoe on and sometimes they even come off. I have to say i agree with people who said the foam on the bottom did not cushion very much. I can use them successfully with shoes that have a larger toe box so that is a plus. I have had the toe socks that separate 2 or 3 toes and go to the ball of your foot. The foam pad is very thin and yet they seem to work better for me than these. I don't regret trying this product and I can wear them in certain shoes, so it is not a loss. Another plus is that they are bigger so they don't fall down in a drawer and get lost like the tiny toe socks. Personally I think the people making insoles should understand the need for more forefoot padding for the forefoot up to the base of the toe and not just under the heel. I would love that and I think others would to.

It works so well it might as well be magic
This is the only thing that has ever made my mom's crooked toe not hurt. She broke it years ago and it started hurting her later in life and even the doctor had told her that there was nothing doing with fixing it. This little toe straightener fixes it. Yes, it's a pain (a bit literally) to put on because you have to straighten the toe a bit yourself to get it in there, but it makes the dull, throbbing pain go away for a week, sometimes two. Then just use it again for a couple of days and it's like magic. Just keep in mind that it will be uncomfortable the first times it's worn and not to wear it for hours on end at the beginning, give your toes a chance to get used to it, and you will notice such a difference that you will swear it's almost magic.

Good product, not perfect for me
Unfortunately, I need one that includes my baby toe, but I hoped this would work. Straightening toes is not as simple as it may seem though, I have found. It feels good when I put it on and pull the elastic until it straightens my three middle toes, but eventually (especially at night) it gets painful. I suppose that should be expected, just like straightening teeth is painful when braces get tightened. If I'd just keep it on, I might get results. It would be nice not to have to wear padding to avoid the pain of hammer toes, but that may be just wishful thinking at my age.

LUCKY ME!
Because I'm 76 this device is a hassle for me to put on; but it's truly worth the trouble. I got it for a hammer toe on my left foot and it does separate my toes sufficiently to avoid the recurrence of an ulcer, and the pain it caused when I walked. Now I wont need surgery. What a relief. There was a worry that poor circulation might be inadequate to allow healing from the surgery. But an unexpected bonus was the cushioning for the ball of my foot. On my left foot I have what my podiatrist called a metatarsal neuroma. Two grouped sets of nerves crisscrossed on the ball of my foot and has been a pain I had adjusted to. To my surprise, this device gives me the extra padding that eliminates that pain altogether. Problem feet come in many forms. I'm just reporting my own good luck using this device. May you have as good luck as I have had.

bien pero no tan bueno como el importado
Bien pero un poco menor la calidad del mismo producto importado. Es diferente material y la cinta que sujeta a los dedos no es tan cómoda (tampoco es que seas insoportable) en esta versión

Nice product!
Bought this as a gift for my mom, she likes them for what they do for her toes but after awhile they start to rub under her foot so she has to limit how long she can wear them:(

A piece a rigid foam with a couple of holes ...
A piece a rigid foam with a couple of holes and some elastic straps. Basically it does what it says which is flatten your toe but it is way overpriced.
