Lighter and slimmer
I have used a Philips Sonicare toothbrush for years replacing heads as needed. It finally quit taking a charge. I tried another battery operated brush but my teeth did not feel as clean. The first time I used the new Sonicare brush it was as if I had just come from the dentist. it is lighter and slimmer than my old one and easier to store.

Works well
Great deal. Mine died and I was leary but all is well. No issues at all.

This Philips Sonicare is smaller and thinner in diameter than previous Sonicare toothbrush.
This is the second Philips Sonicare electric toothbrush I have bought and used. I was happy with the first one until I bent the prong to mount the toothbrush on. It was difficult to get the toothbrush on and in the process the metal prong got bent. Please make the metal prong that mounts the toothbrush of stronger metal. This second Philips toothbrush is much thinner in diameter and the toothbrush is narrower and smaller. It takes some getting used to but otherwise it works fine.

Perfect First Electric Toothbrush
With so many brands to choose from, I asked my dental assistant friend for recommendations and she gave me this tooth brush. I am so glad I ordered this. The battery life lasts forever and doesn't need constant charging. It also works really well. I will have this for awhile.

Excellent toothbrush
I was severely injured at work. Even though I am right handed. I cannot use my right hand at all. This sonic toothbrush allowed me to clean my teeth much more effectively than even when I was able to use my right hand.

After First Use: "I Can't Feel My Face!"
There's a setting to ease into the sonic action gradually, but I didn't use it. This is the middle offering (2100) from Philips in their Sonicare lineup, so I thought it would just make a little sound and not paralyze my gums for a half hour. By the tenth or twentieth brushing the original thrill was gone. Sure it's still pretty cool and my teeth are much brighter, and like, 5 shades whiter now but I'm missing that "what just happened?" experience + buzzy feeling. Thinking about upgrading to the premium model just for the fun but I don't wanna burn out and not know how to chase that.

Very good* *warning: alerts at end of charge
It works brilliantly and is a good value (if you have an adapter). But forewarned: it will wake you up if you charge at bedtime too near you because it buzzes when the charge is begun and again when finished.

Does the job It needs to do
After having the same brand for many years, the battery died and I needed to replace it. So, I got this and the batter life is amazing. There are two settings on it. I recommend this.

After trying this, I can't go back to a regular electric toothbrush.
I was using an ordinary electric toothbrush and decided to try these Philips Sonicare toothbrushes. WOW this is such an upgrade. It feels much smoother to brush with. The ergonomic design of this is so much better and lighter than my old electric toothbrush. I love the fact that it's rechargeable. It comes with a stand to charge it. The charger plugs into a USB adapter. There's no USB adapter with this so you have to supply your own. There's two intensity speeds to choose from. It says it lasts 14 days but I will have to see it with my own eyes. Overall, my teeth feel much better with this! :D P.S. There's a card in the box that gives US customers a free replacement head if you register. They only give CAN customers 6 extra months of warranty if you register.

Cleans teeth well, charger parts not fully included
Toothbrush works pretty well, but in comparison to my other electric toothbrush perhaps not as well. The speed and pressure of the cleaning seems to be less than the other one. Regardless, I use it every day and it does the job. It doesn't come with all the parts needed to charge it. I had to use the charger from my old toothbrush as this one comes with a short cable but not an adapter to plug that into a wall outlet.

Does not plug in - charges via USB (adapter NOT included)
In case you missed it or think it's no big deal, keep in mind this toothbrush only plugs in via USB. Maybe I'm in the minority, but I don't have a USB charger in my bathroom (nor do I want one taking up one of my two outlets). I don't know about you, but running around the house to plug this into my laptop or to a USB wall adapter in another room every week or two is not convenient. Worse still, for those who wouldn't mind putting a USB adapter into a bathroom outlet, but don't already have one to spare, sorry... this product does NOT come with one. (You can contact Philips to get one by request - no idea how long that takes.) SUPER inconvenient. The toothbrush itself is also pretty unstable when standing up by the sink. Very easy to knock over with the lighter, slimmer design. On top of the USB and no adapter included, this seems like a ton of cost cutting to deliver a super inconvenient product. To simply get a non-USB version it appears I have to purchase a $100-$300+ model, which seems a little shady. I have used Philips Sonicare for years. I just need a vibrating toothbrush that plugs in in my bathroom. I don't need to spend hundreds more for bluetooth, diamond clean or protective clean, but apparently I'd have to if I want my toothbrush to plug in to a standard wall outlet. For me, I returned it and switched brands.

Inexpensive but Brush Head is Tiny
I used to own a similar product that I had paid 4 times the amount I paid 20 years ago. That product was many generations older but the brush head was what I would consider barely adequate size. It died 15 years ago so I tried a rotary head (because it was cheaper) and that brush head was tiny. I figured I'd try this one and was surprised that the brush head was actually much smaller than the one 20 years ago. Actually about the size of the rotary head. Next time, I'll go in stores to check the size as this one just seems to be for children. Aside from that the product works but, since the head is so small, it takes four cycles to properly go through an actual brushing cycle as the brush head barely cover one tooth at a time.

Does the job..
It was for my husband and he says it's really good. Very comfortable, quieter than his previous one, which was very noisy and cost much more. This unit is well priced and I would recommend it. We just got it so can't comment on battery life yet.
