Good BASIC bag
This is a good basic bag especially for being under $10!!! For the price it is an absolute steal but again it’s very BASIC. It has rope straps of course they aren’t going to be comfortable if there is a lot of weight in the bag. If you want to be frugal, sew some cushy fabric together with the rope inside to create sliding shoulder straps or just put something under them when you’re carrying it. This bag holds a decent amount I was able to fit my atomic X1 fins, scuba socks, mares i3 mask case & snorkel in the bag the no problem. There was also room to add odd small items such as a knife, flag/smb, aqua plugs, sunscreen or extra mesh bags to use for trash pick up. However I could not fit my aqualung echozip ergo 5mm soft sole high booties in the bag without squishing them (which wouldn’t be ideal once wet) nor could I fit my oceanic shadow mask box into it. The mask box issue is easily corrected in my case though since I can fit that mask into my mares box. Also my fins are a little awkward to get into the bag since it is narrow in terms of being a fin bag & my fins have raised stabilizers at the end so of course with it being mesh they don’t easily slide into the bag. It’s best if it’s empty and you sort of bunch it up like you’re going to stick your leg into pants then work the fins in.

Could have been wider.
The material seems adequate and durable with good stitching, but the bag should be at least a couple of inches wider. It is not wide enough to hold the fins, mask and snorkel without exerting undesired pressure, potentially deforming the equipment.

Purchased to pick up trash on the beach!
I was looking for a mesh bag I could sling over my shoulder to pick up trash on the beach. The quality of the item is good taking into consideration the price point. I’m not able to speak about how it works for it’s intended purpose, but for picking up trash, it worked fine. As far as using it to pick up trash, I liked that it allowed for sand to fall through, but some items would get caught/stuck in the mesh which made for “extra touching” of trash. That isn’t a knock on the product; just my error in judgement and an FYI for someone else who may be using it for this purpose. :)

Difficult to slide gear into, but fits ALL gear.
Because of the 'sticky-like' material, fins and other gear do not easily slide into or out of bag - which can be a plus in that, it makes it more difficult to lose gear - but in order to get gear into or out of you have to peel or roll the bag down and up. That being said -I usually rent BCD and regulator so this bag absolutely fits all of the primary gear I need (fins, mask, snorkel, accessories: surface bouye, flash lights, whistle, computer, water bottle, snacks with a little room to spare (could probably even fit regulator). Just used it on a week long trip - no tears or stitching issues. If this bag broke, I would still purchase another one just like it.

Does the job. Looks good
We used the snorking bag on our holidays. We were able to fit our fins, snorkel and mask in OK. The bag is pourus and dries our really quick. Don't think you could fit the larger fins in the bag but adequate for ours
