Good replacement.

My previous Phfister hand shower wand broke where the hose threaded to the wand. Since it is made of plastic, I think it makes more likely to break. Replacement is working well. It helps not to drop the wand while using it.

Light weight, Over Priced & you pay Shipping to return it...

I have heard good things about the brand and was excited that it was 1.8 gpm. It is literally JUST the small approx 4" handheld shower head - with nothing to attach it to the plumbing and no hose. Despite knowing this I bought it anyway thinking it must be high quality since it was pricy and the brand name but when it arrived I was disappointed. The material was thin making it light weight and it didn't feel very sturdy. I found a larger 9" handheld shower head that felt a lot more durable for $20 cheaper (WITH a hose & parts) at Home Depot shortly after this arrived and bought that instead. I returned this one and was even more disappointed to learn that they were going to keep over $7 for return label shipping - even though I have Prime. ugh!

Excellent replacement for 10 yr old unit

Works great, replaced an older unit where all the tiny rubber tips had become brittle & broken off. The spray wasn’t strong, replaced with this in 5 min. and it’s perfect.
