great hand held / regular shower head

bought it as a household member was having surgery and would have to use a shower chair (also bought on amazon and is great) but others need a regular shower. this fit the bill perfectly. the magnets are really powerful and have held up great for almost 2 months now. would definitely recommend if need a dual head

Fantastic!

We had a new walk-in shower installed for my elderly mother and because she has to sit on a shower chair to shower, she was unable to do so without help. I bought this and installed it with the strong adhesive, so that it is at her level and now she can shower on her own. She loves it!!!

What a convenience

If you have a Moen magnetic shower head having another magnet in the shower area is a great convenience. As seniors we have to sit on a shower chair and having the ability to have the shower head where we can reach it without having to stand is great for us.

Great for after surgery

Thus was a great easy option to help me sit after ankle surgery and move the sprayer down without installing an extra bar. I would have given it 5 stars if the angle were adjustable.

2nd times the charm

Trying second one. Still broken parts inside the magnet but it is sticking. First one had broken parts. Will see how this goes.

Had to reverse the magnet so it will work with my shower head but once I did that, works great!

Reliable. Doesn’t come off wall like most other holders. Peace off mind not worried about it falling off and wrecking balling my glass door.

Can install it with 2 ways

Before i bought this, i thought i could only drill the nails into the bath tub to install this. I ended up figured it out there are two ways to install it by Adhesion or screws. Since i don't want to break my bath tub, the box came with 3M sticker to hold this thingy. This help us a lot to hold the shower and wash my 10 months old baby.

Amazing product

Easy to install. I cleaned area well with rubbing alcohol and sealed around it with silicone. It's up for several months now and no problem so far.

Great product!

I absolutely love That I can place The hand shower at whatever location I like. I did clean the surface as instructed but it did not seem to stick well. I had drill holes from a previous hand bar so used a couple screws to secure. It is great getting a body shower at the same time as regular shower when I divert the water to both. I may purchase another one to position hand shower at the side of tub for easy access if taking a bath. Highly recommend!

Very useful shower accessory

The Moen 186117 Magnetix Remote Dock was installed using the adhesive pad and then some silicone caulk was added around the outside edge of the chrome dock (leaving a gap at the bottom to allow for drainage). After three months, it's been perfect.

Fabulous!

After reading many reviews, I decided to get this and install it using "alien tape". It was such an easy installation and it works perfectly. My elderly mother is also thrilled that she can now shower while sitting comfortably on her bath chair since the shower head is just at the right height. This makes me happy because her well-being and safety come first. Anyone looking to adapt a bath for an elderly parent, consider this with the full shower head in the shower and a 10ft long or whatever length needed hose for the handheld that could can sit onto this magnetic holder. It works amazingly well. It's a win win in my book as we live in an apartment that we can't remodel. There's always a way with a little creativity and Moen just helped make this project possible! I highly recommend this with the magnetix series handheld shower head!
