The Sheer Sturdiness

I can see how a Nickel-Plated Steel T-Pin can be sturdy. Certainly it will have a thickness. But I don't know how it can be sheer. What I do know is these pins did exactly what I needed them to do.

Great T-Pins At an Equally Great Price

Who knew finding quality 2 inch T-Pins would be so difficult? I use these to hold both wigs and clothing to the life sized ventriloquist figures I use and they make costume changes a breeze. The smaller ones get lost easily and tend to pull out and or get lost in the frenzy of costum changing. These little buggers are easy to spot and do a great job - I've stocked up!

Sturdy pins

I plan to use these for blocking my knits and will update after using them. I was initially skeptical because the packaging did not resemble the photo on Amazon, and it looked like it had been previously opened and taped shut. I actually received 104 t-pins! So far, I am impressed with how sturdy and hefty these pins are. The item arrived quickly!

Work great!

I used to use regular thumbtacks on my cubicle walls at work, and they couldn't even hold up a single sheet of paper. It was kind of dangerous, really, what with the tacks randomly jumping off the walls. However, these little gems have completely eliminated the problems. They hold the individual papers as well as heavier decorations/frames. Very happy!

Too thick

I use these to pin up drawings and small models in architecture school. They’re definitely too thick to easily fit into the cork boards we have. Not sure why this thick of a pin would be useful, but either way, it didn’t work for me. I can still use them but they barely penetrate the cork. Would be much easier to use something thinner.

Perfect for blocking knitting

Sturdy, not too sharp, perfect length for blocking knitting. A steal at this price. No rust. Great quality!

Pin It

An important addition to machine knitters. Most often garment pieces need to be blocked to size and steamed to set the knitting. These pins are used to pin those pieces to a blocking board for this operation. Dritz steel pins look and feel substantial for the job. They are good quality and in my opinion are worth the little extra to pay over other makes. The handy box that they come in is an additional satisfaction.
