Much better than expected for the price
This was an emergency purchase because my lawnmower has a recessed oil plug that required a 3/8ths drive, and I didn't want to spend much. Honestly, I was just praying it didn't fall apart. While it's obviously cheaply made, it's sturdier than expected. For light duty work it performs really well. Did what I needed it to with no issues.

Keep your invoice for the guarantee
The quality of the fit and finish is quite frankly low, but that does not mean that the durability might be good. The overall quality seems to be just below Harbor Freight tools in finish, as the edges of the sockets and handles are rough. As we are more in a metric world than ever before, the sae tools are mostly worthless to me. So, if a 15mm socket is important to you, it is missing from this kit. There is a 17, 16, 14, 13 and down, but to me I was expecting a 15mm socket. But, this kit will be in my car and available for loan to my friends. I made a pdf of the invoice and taped that on to the plastic box. So, it will probably last forever.

For the price, this is amazing.
Let's be honest, you know what you're getting here for this price. The quality is low, but just the fact that you get all of this for like $10 is amazing. I didn't need anything fancy or high quality, or even medium quality, so this was a steal for me. Still, you can tell that this is fairly low quality stuff. But hey, I can't believe they're even selling all of this together at all for this price, at any quality level. And I didn't need anything fancy. If you're like me and you just need some sockets for cheap, definitely buy this, it's a great deal for the price.

Poorest quality ratchet and sockets I have ever seen.
This is the poorest quality racket and socket set that I have ever seen. But, this is a medium sized set for $15, so you already knew it was cheap. The Harbor Freight set is much, much, better, but costs about $10 more. I keep this set on my boat, in my emergency tool bag, in case I break down out on the water. It’s a damp, salty, environment and even the nicest tools get rusted and corroded after a few years. Instead of ruining good tools, I’m now carrying around cheap tools and just get new ones after they rust up. The ratchet is held together with a cheap snap ring, and every time I open the kit the ratchet had exploded it’s guts out. It takes about 30 seconds to snap it back together and it works fine, but just the force of my boat hitting a wave makes the ratchet blow apart. It’s cheap junk, but it’s also the lowest priced socket set I’ve ever seen, so you get your moneys worth. It works fine as my emergency kit that rarely gets used. It would not hold up to frequent use.

Perfect For Beginners
My neighbor wanted to change the bulbs in the tail lights of her SUV. Unfortunately, the only tools she had were three pliers, a mallet, and an adjustable crescent wrench. The bolts that held the tail lights were rusted into the frame. So we broke out my liquid wrench and used my ratchet and sockets to loosen things. Tail lights are all fixed, and we didn't have any parts left over. But what about next time? So, I got her a socket set of her own. They have every size of socket imaginable. And adapters. I warned her that if she's going to rebuild the engine she's gonna need something stronger, but these will work just fine on her bicycle. A WORD TO THE WISE: If any guys are within range, you'd better lock these up (Little boys, big boys — doesn't matter). These are so much fun to use that they'll take apart everything in your house!

everyone was very honest in the reviews dosen't feel bad for the price , i do kinda wish they came in a clip on case but its fine, case feels cheap though but at least they decided to skimp on the case and not the actual tool so props for that

Is this a ratchet set? Yes. Is this the best ratchet set ever, not even close. The tools do work, but i don't expect they'll handle repeated use. The case doesn't fit the tools very snugly. Every time i open it, half the sockets are out of place. I'm still giving it a 3 star because I bought it knowing it was just a spare set to keep in the truck incase i forget my larger tool set. I definitely wouldn't recommend this if you need it for some heavy duty usage.

Really poor quality.
This set is for beginners looking for a cheap set to start out with. These sockets wear very quickly. The case their in is extremely cheap and doesn't hold the sockets in place. Every time you open it all the sockets are scrambled and never in order. Clearly the measurements are very poorly designed for the sockets. See the picture to see what it will look like every time you open it. The only good thing I can say is that is has very small sockets 4mm-7mm at 1/4 inch drive as well as a very poor quality (but still works) ratchet. For the price it's honestly BARELY worth it as I have to buy another set before I pull my hair out.

Mostly duplicates and all very small, don't be fooled by the high part count, this isn't a useful socket set.
Worse than useless, this set gives the impression you have tools with you, and you really don't. Filled with duplicates in 12 and 6 point and various wall thicknesses options, they have strived for a high part count without actually including useful tools. Need a 4.5, 5.5 and 6.5 mm socket? No, you don't, those aren't sizes used by anything, but yet they are included. As are a bunch of silly 32nd sizes also not used by anything. If course none of them actually fit that well on anything and are so sloppy that I'm sure the metric and imperial sockets are actually the same thing with different markings... Oh, and only 6 of the pile of duplicate sockets actually use the 3/8 drive, the rest are all 1/4" drive. Largest sockets included are 13mm and 9/16". I'm all for a cheap set of crap tools to through in a truck in case of emergency, but these don't even fill that roll. A single crescent wrench would run circles around this set.
