The last tool set you'll ever need

I already have an equivalent craftsman set but after buying this for a friend and using it firsthand, I'm going to be getting another one of these just for me and will give the craftsman to someone else. The handles on the ratchet are easier to grip because of their shape. All the sockets are 6 point which I like to reduce slipping and rounding off bolts. I also like that the sockets have a non-slip edge for grabbing in greasy situations. The case is also superior to the craftsman - it holds the sockets snug but not so tight that I need to pry it out with another tool. That case for the screwdriver heads is great, you just pick up the whole thing and bring it to where you're working instead of hunting for the small strip of heads in the craftsman. Everything in this kit was thoughtfully picked and organized in an efficient layout. Sure, there may be a few specialty items that you'll need on top of this, but as far as general kits go, this has everything I would ever want.

Oh wow, this is like a solid gold watch.

This set Model#: DWMT73801 (108 pieces mostly tork, or hex, Allen keys and 1/4 pieces, the remaining 1/4 of the set is 3/8 pieces) will make you wish you never have to use it. It looks like treasure, seriously. Lots a small sockets, wish it had more 3/8 pieces and no 1/4 pieces, and lots of Allen keys and hex/tork stuff, not sure why those even exist. Half the set is that stuff, a quarter of the set is 1/4 sockets you most likely will have no use for along with the hex stuff. The set is over priced at $82, but they maybe selling the presentation, it still looks like a million bucks or a treasure. Hopefully it’s ruff and tuff as dewalt use to be, time will tell.

Very impressed with the quality

I'm very impressed with the overall quality of this set... I was long overdue for new tools as my old set was incomplete and broken. I'm not sure if this was on purpose, but if you open this set and lay it down in the top drawer of a Husky tool chest, on the top shelf, it fits like a glove as if they made it for Husky tool boxes. I can't say more about the above average quality of craftsmanship of these tools at this price point, it's a no brainier!!! Get the Tip collection combo also,this deal is half the price of the box stores !

Handy case

Just as it is advertised. The case it self is very durable . I am enjoying this item by using it to repair and install items around the house. Only bad thing is . Bits are not magnetic

Top Draw!

Pondered this item for a while as I live in the UK and postage/tax fees added quite a bit to the price. Kept looking around at some of the local stuff and figured I was going to be spending a fair bit for a lesser set so decided to take the plunge and pay the extra. I was not let down when this arrived, took one look and knew i'd made the right decision. I paid a premium and premium is what i received, delivery was fairly prompt and all in good tact. The only reason I would ever need to replace this set, is if it got stolen!
