Great inexpensive brush!

I just started using some of the e.l.f. products again after trying them years ago. I have to say they have come a long way since back then. This brush is wonderful and works absolutely great! It is a nice smaller size, and just the right firmness - not too soft. It works perfectly with the e.l.f. yellow color corrector on my under eye area. With just a light touch of the corrector, it helps to keep my fine lines to a minimum. I actually like it so much that I bought another one. You can't beat the price!

Amazing brush! Doesn't lose form

I am totally in love with this brush! Saw a Dior one at Dillards for $27. Glad I waited to shop around & didn't buy. Sephora had theirs for $18. I use it to wet eye shadow to use as eyeliner due to allergies & liner is so hard to get off orritayrs my eyes. You can't tell its not liner. The brush makes doing this amazing & easy. Have used a few times & doesn't lose its shaper

Five stars for the e.l.f. Smudge Brush

What a great little brush. Apparently it's made of synthetic "hair", but it seems like a combination between a firm-but-flexible sponge tip and a flat tipped, somewhat rounded brush. Hard to describe. Kind of a flat edge, but works as a soft smudge-er.. Okay, I give up with descriptions. It's different than other tools and brushes and it's great with all kinds of eye shadows

As the 3 stars say, It's okay. The bristles are not particularly nice, neither soft nor evenly cut, but this brush was super cheap and can indeed be used to smudge liner. I have actually been using it to blend lip liner and lipstick. It isn't as long or flexible as a typical lip brush (because its...not a lip brush!) but that is actually good for what I needed. I have also used it to apply lash dye. Obviously with all these uses I have ended up washing it a number of times, and it hasn't lost bristles or anything.

Retains shape even after daily use

I use the sh!t out of this brush & it always retains its shape. I use it for lining my eyes with powdered eyeshadow after dipping it in a little water. I haven't seen it shed more than a teeny bit. This brush is made for daily use. I love it so much, I have 3 in case I lose one. e.l.f. makes excellent, affordable brushes. I recommend the entire "black" line!

Great Eyeliner Brush too

Someone said it was good for eyeliner because it was a larger version of the maybelline gel eyeliner brush, so I bought it since I lost my maybelline brush. I cut off the rounded tip a tiny bit to get more precise application, but it works great as an eyeliner brush! I suck at winged liner but this makes it super easy.

This brush is a little pricey for its size. I needed a flat smudge brush. The bristles are flexible. Satisfied.

Pinceau DIY après quelques mois

Les poils du pinceau sont soyeux et il fait la job. Après quelques mois, malgré un nettoyage précautionneux, la colle du pinceau s'est décollée et le bout ne tient plus au manche. Je vais essayer de le recoller. Pour le prix, si c'est un risque que vous etes prêt à prendre, ça peut valoir la peine quand même

Perfect for a soft effect for eyeliner

I like to use a dark powder eyeshadow as a liner as I find liquid or cream eyeliners too heavy. This brush is the perfect size to achieve a soft line effortlessly.

Great lip lining brush

I use this brush to line my lips and have found that it works very well. The brush is fairly stiff so it can be used to draw fine lines. It also transfers the lipstick color completely, compared to regular, flimsier lip brushes that make the lipstick color appear too light upon transfer.

Multitasker, Great Value !

Great multipurpose brush - brows, eye detailer, smudging, even lips ! Compact, firm bristles, matte handle. Would be good to have several of these in your kit.
