Works Well for Smoking Meat

I usually only grill, but was attempting first smoking. Definitely a green horn on this, but always trust Camp Chef. I only use Camp Chef pellet for my grill as it is made by the same company. I wanted to let you see what I was smoking and what the final product looked like. Wish you could taste it, but let me say, for my first time, darn that was good. It took about 7 hours and I went through 1/2 a bag of pellet. I was expecting more usage, so was happy with how much it used. Nice mix of woods and really added to the flavor.
